A B Tire & Repair

I wish everyone treated customers like they do. They are always honest and more than fair. It is so refreshing to have such a good experience with them. This isn't the first time I have taken a car in and they are always fast, courteous and price service like you would for your father in law. Keep up the great work and thank you for your help!

When I was a new driver they fixed my tires regularly for basically pennies, just so I could make it home safe and especially in winter as a female. My mom had a flat due to a nail and still was within the range of it could be patched, and two other places said no and pushed four new tires when she would only need to replace two and refused to even patch the nail. A B Tire patched it and were honest the nail in the tire destroyed the tire as it was going so flat and she had driven on it to the other two places who didn't repair to make sure it was lost and needed to buy tires. My husband as a mechanic checked the tire and while it was mostly destroyed, they had made sure it could be driven to my husband's shop over an hour away from where my mom lived safely to get replaced, more concerned that my mom had been safe and I would be safe to take it to get replaced than they cared about making a big sale, same as they always have been. As a female, very few shops make women comfortable I've noticed, and often see a way to pressure an easy sale and work on the car. This is one of the few honest places around this area that are more concerned with protecting customers and doing a job right and especially protecting women and kids from the school even if it means they push a more high dollar job to the side an hour or two to make sure one of the more vulnerable clients even if they pay less can make it home same day and safe. They especially in winter can take a bit longer on jobs when an emergency comes in to get someone home safe, but my elderly father had a tire stem issue and they made sure he was bumped up the line to make it home safely too, so it wasn't just women and children I found out, and they had called my mom since my dad's phone was dead so she didn't worry. 100% recommend this place as they will take care of you any way they can.

By far the worst EVER! Flat tire over an hour from home with my daughter, and he said if we can get it here they can plug it. We limp the car 8 miles on a prayer, and then he says it'll be a minute. I said ok, how long? It might not be today!!!! Why did u have me risk my life and my daughter's for no reason. If he says he can fix it, don't waste your time. Now for an how risk drive. Worst business and business practice I've seen in years!!

Took my vehicle there for a fuel pump issue. After about a week w got my vehicle back and the repair was a lot. I had several check engine messages on. I took the vehicle back and they said they already ordered a new fuel pump. It became clear that they installed a pump they pulled out some other vehicle but was going to charge me for a new part and pocket the profit. When that didn't work they used a new part. I now have a bad exhaust leak an my AC no longer works. I would suggest choosing a reputable establishment to get your car serviced.

I debated on doing this review or not. This place use to be amazing. Every repair ever done in this place was done in a timely fashion and done the first time. This time I had to come in not once, not twice but three times. I have been very patient through the entire process. Two times they ordered the wrong parts. The second time I showed up, granted I was late by 45 minutes but the front desk guy proceeded to give me an attitude about putting the shop behind scedule. I do not care what type of business you are in, customer service first. You treat your customers with RESPECT. Do the job right in the first place and things like this won't happen to you. It's a shame to say but after taking both my cars here for years I am no longer a customer. If anyone asks my opinion on A B Tire I will make sure to turn them away. I deserve some sort of reimbursement for screwing up the job TWICE but I will just leave the past behind me. Do better A B Tire.

After installing my lift I thought everything was fine till I started driving. They charged me more than what they told me the amount was. Later took it to a new mechanic from different shop that works on off Roading vehicle’s. he saw the rear shocks being welded and damage both on the body and shocks mount area. mostly disappointed about them not informing me about it and the price. I asked if they can fix it and to get some money back and they said it’ll cost me another $400 or more to fix and won’t give me money back from the damages. Another thing I would mention is it should’ve taken 3-5 hours of installing Rough Country lift but instead took almost 2 days. 3 people that work there were also rude after confronting them saying “it’s fine”, “i know my welds and that’s a good weld” asked them if they could adjust the rear shackles so they won’t make the noises and denied me saying it’s not true, there’s nothing to do about it, and it’s normal. I thought I can trust these people and I’m disappointed. NEVER going there again, don’t recommend anyone of going

This has to be one of the most dishonest and hack shops around. Was busy at the time to install a lift on a buddy of mines jeep, so he went and took it to this shop to have the lift installed. He called me the day after complaining about some noises he was hearing after they installed the lift. Had him swing by so I could check out the install on it, and lo and behold it was hacked together. Last I recall it was not industry standard to weld rear shocks to the mounts so no one is able to service them in the future, but not only that, you call and try and get to the bottom of it and all you get is I’ll call you back and nothing afterwards. To the guy who installed the lift.. you sir are a hack and a complete disgrace to honest mechanics around. Everyone else looking to get your car worked on here I suggest you look elsewhere. They are only here to rip you off. If 0 stars was an option that’s what this shop is deserving of.
