It's the closest place you can go to and the guys with the experience are located there too馃憤 you can appreciate what I'm explaining to you when you go to a large home improvement store and all they know is what the SKU comes up as and they don't even know what it's used for

I went into the shop today to get some brakes, rotors, and oil change stuff. the guys that helped me out we're super friendly, very knowledgeable, and really went out of their way to help me out. I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend it, I'm going to be getting all of my parts here in the future

I went in today to find replacement license plate grommets. The guy just pointed me to a wall of plastic parts. I saw them earlier but needed help with the size. I asked if there was a standard for license plates and he said there are different ones. I asked if he could look it up based on the make and model of my car. He said he could not. Of course he could. So I started looking it up on my phone and, not knowing what to look for, gave up. I went next door to drug mart, they had one size, worked perfectly. Makes me think they are all the same. This person was literally zero help. Why do I keep going in this store.

Congratulations! You managed to lose a loyal 20+ year customer! I usually order online to make sure that the items are actually in stock before spending time to go to pick them up. I have tried to be patient and hoped that they would eventually get their online ordering procedure together, but they don't seem to care. Every time I go to pick up an order, it's the same issue. I try to give them my name or order number like you would any business with an organized online pick-up system, but that information is useless to them. Instead, they ask you what you ordered. As I try to remember what was on my list to tell them, they start to ask each other if one of them pulled an order with those items. Then, they locate that item on one of the counters or a random cart but the order usually isn't completely pulled or the items are in different places, so I still have to wait on them to gather or finish pulling the order. The guy today brought out my order and called me over to confirm it. When I told him he was missing a few things, he started making a walking jester with his fingers and said that he still needed to walk back and get the rest. Then why call me over to check? It was a rude thing to do to a customer and completely unnecessary. Somehow, my order got kicked out of their system and then I had to wait on the guy to manually key in the order. It took him so long that I thought he was typing an essay! Barcode scanners would be a nice upgrade. Of course the order came up about $10 more than it did when I ordered it online. Then I waited on him to go in the back and ask someone for help and come back out and figure out how to fix the price. During all of this, the guy continued to make little rude remarks. If it wasn't for the fact that they were the only local store who had what I needed, I would have walked out. Over the years, I had built a rapport with the guys who worked there and knew most by name. A few years back when they reorganized the store, they also hired some new employees and the place really changed. They obviously don't want my dollars so I will no longer force them on them.

Leaving this store now will not waste a single second inside of this store again or probably any Napa Auto parts stores. Went into the store, looking for some clips for my bumper and wheel well on my car. I didn鈥檛 have the clips with me, but they were on my car. The guy said that they couldn鈥檛 be looked up by my car and that I had to have them in my hand for him to match them up. I told him they were on my car and he said very Sarcasticallyhe would let me know when he wanted to go out there at that point I just walked out. Customer service these days is ridiculous. The older man that was in there and waited on me was extremely rude from the get-go. I know if it were my store I wouldn鈥檛 want some rude old man chasing off customers. Let鈥檚 just say I went somewhere else And got what I needed very easily elsewhere
