I was in need or maintenance for my 2003 Honda shadow 750. I searched high and low for a shop to work on the clutch assembly. I nearly gave up until I found Greg and Deftone. They jumped on it and within 2 hours of work they were able to notify me on the current situations going on with my bike! They got the parts and fixed it super fast! The only thing that took a while was waiting for parts to ship! but once they got the parts it was CLOCKWORK. Very grateful I had found Deftone and will definitely come back. I highly recommend bringing and project into Deftone if you are stumped. Amazing work! Thank you again!

A fellow rider mentioned this place to me so I went and boy am I happy I did! I liked Gregg from the moment I met him, the honesty drips off his forehead! I had free range and got to see him wrenching at some bikes which I liked a total different experience from my previous experience ! He did a 5 k tuneup and mounted new tires and stuck to our agreement ! ( He now has my bike in storage! )

Greg has worked on my CBR 929 RR every time it’s has issues from China-fixes the previous owner did. Never overcharges. Always shows me the receipt for parts and the labor charge isn’t much more on top of that. PLUS he’s been able to help me pick up my bike from the side of the road when it’s died while riding it since I don’t have a trailer. I will always bring my bikes to him and recommend all my friends do too.

If I could give 10 Stars, I would. Greg was incredibly helpful. He went the extra mile(s) to make sure my bike was taken care of and he treated it like his own. You can tell he really cares and his work is his passion. Exceeded my expectations on the turn around time and quality. The secret is out. You just don’t find shops like this anymore.

Finally a good shop in Chagrin Falls! Greg and Jeff run a great shop! I was in a jam with a broken valve stem on the rear of my Honda VTX1800. I needed it fixed and a tow. They worked it out quickly and the repair done same day! I asked them to replace all the fluids and do a seasonal safety check while they were at it. Everything was perfect. I trust these guys and like that they do what they say. If you haven't used these guys and are in the area, please look them up. I plan to store my bike there in the winter as well.
