Usually no wait and I can pass within 5 minutes. It's free and not a big deal. Guys are always professional. I'm giving the service a 5 🌟 but I'd give ohio a zero for forcing this appon us. I have no issue with inspections but as a mechanic I cringe thinking about how every issue with diesels are emmisions equipment related and you're forced into fixing it instead of easily deleting it and making it reliable. Oh well that's why I have a tundra now and I'm about to bring it through and pass first time.

I don't normally post my negative opinions but I felt this needed to be addressed. When you work with the general public I understand that there is going to be some disrespectful customers. When I approach you with a genuinely good attitude I expect the same in return. My mom recently came to this place and experienced the same treatment. Employees treat your customers with RESPECT. Second of all I had an experience where my door was shut and I did not hear what the guy said. I opened the door and asked him to repeat and he rolled his eyes and laughed at me then proceeded to repeat with an attitude. I come here because it's quick and easy but your workers need to be held accountable. If you were the owner I dealt with then shame on YOU for treating me that way. If you're sensitive to unequal treatment, do not come here.

The people were nice but the whole process is a joke and we should not have to go through this BS in northern Ohio when they still don’t, and never had to in Columbus and other parts of the state.
