I contacted AVO to order my Alu Cab Topper and LT 50 roof top tent. Eric and his staff went above and beyond to make sure my ordering experience was problem free. As soon as my topper came in Bobby contacted me to schedule my installation. I traveled 4.5 hours to AVO. Once I arrived the staff worked diligently to install my topper and roof top tent. I am so pleased how this project turned out. I highly recommend AVO for all your off road needs. Thanks AVO 5 Stars!!!

I brought my Tundra here to get new wheels, tires and a leveling kit. I didn’t know what I needed but I knew what look I wanted. Heather was so kind and took the time to look up the products I needed and explain the options. It didn’t take long for the items to come in and Bobby quickly had everything installed. I was informed on pick up that my truck actually already had a leveling kit installed (could barely see it, especially if you didn’t know what to look for like me), and I really appreciated their honesty! If I ever need anything else done on any other vehicle I’ll definitely be going back. My truck looks great and I’ve received so many compliments. I’m very happy with it! Thanks AVO team!

Eric and his crew are the best! Professional, honest, and during the process provided regular communication about the work on our Fourwheel Camper. We had arranged the install of a new fan in our camper before we left home in Maine. When we arrived in Ashevillle the work was completed quickly and we were able to spend some family time with our son who lives there. We are now on a 3-month road trip exploring the backcountry of Texas, Arizona and New Mexico.

I came all the way from Georgia to have my Toyota Sienna lifted by AVO. They also advised me on the right all-terrain / all-weather tires and installed them. Open and Honest. Like family. Maybe I'm just old fashioned, but in today's world things can seem to move too fast. I'm all about online orders and shopping, but when something catches your eye, you like to slow down and dig in. When it's an expensive purchase, you want to be able to talk to someone and more importantly trust them. The folks at AVO take the time to listen answering your questions, and can reflect and advise based on years of experience installing and tearing things up personally. They literally have been down the road of getting what you pay for. Sure you can buy anything for your vehicle online, but do you have the time to install it? To do it right? We all have a personal time trade value choosing to do it ourselves or to pay someone. Mine happens to be $50 an hour. That's great, but my first time projects take me twice as long than just paying a professional like AVO. And if beer and buddies are involved forget it! I've also come to learn many big parts get damaged in shipping. Good luck being there to inspect the freight to refuse delivery and then after proving when the exterior damage occurred getting a company to cover freight shipping back. And if once installed you find a tear or dent no company will take your word for it. Clearly I could write a book (and maybe have already), but trust me when I say you will save money leaving it to a company like AVO that will treat you like family; always there to listen, and to help you to have the best experience with your toys (tools, if the Wife is listening) on the road or out on the trail. I have followed AVO for several years and chose them to perform some work for me recently. My opinion of AVO has only skyrocketed in a positive way after a week of service at their Asheville NC location. Originally having scheduled three days of work I added two more days of service after having them suggest additional work that would greatly improve our Gladiator and our Alu Cab Camper. Their expertise and quality of work was second to none. We are confident that our decision to travel all the way from Michigan to Asheville and spend over one week there while they completed our camper build was a great decision. Thanks to Eric, Bobby, Rob, Meg, Heather, Reese and Katie for making this such a good experience and making us feel as if we were family. Kudos to the guys in the shop area for a job well done. I highly recommend contacting AVO if you have work to be done. Outstanding people.
