O'Reilly Auto Parts

I started using this o’Reillys about a year ago because the service is great, and the staff is very helpful. Today’s visit for wiper blades was no different. Victoria (asst manager) and Randy (in training) were amazing. They found what I needed and installed the new blades on my CRV lickety-split. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Victoria has helped me in the past. This young lady is a ball of energy and knows more about car parts than most GUYS. If we had more customer service like Victoria and Randy, the world would be a better place. Thanks again for your help. Greatly appreciated.

They go above and beyond to help me, not only with replacement parts for my car but installing them too when feasible. Just like they did today. The store manager is generous.

I went to the store and purchased spark plugs and an ignition call on Saturday. I went back to fask a follow-up question on Sunday and I was told to stand off to the side while they took care of customers that was in the store. 45 minutes later, I’m still standing off to the side while every new customer came in the door was given service ahead of me. I asked the store manager why he was addressing everyone else’s problems and not mine. He said he was trying to keep the line down. This is my local O’Reilly auto parts store.

I will try to keep this as short as possible. Hats off to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Mills River! My 80 year old mother was stuck outside Ingles, Mills River yesterday evening around 6:30pm, her Prius wouldn't start. It was cold, she was tired and I had no idea what I could do for her, not having a car at hand. I scrambled, trying to figure out what it could be, thinking maybe an aux battery. I tried going on a competitors website to find the right battery but the interface was just way too confusing and difficult to use so I gave up and tried the next place on the list. I called O'Reilly Mills River and was immediately being helped by a lovely and knowledgeable person named Victoria. She went above and beyond, even in our short conversation, and she found the battery I needed. Before I knew what was going on, she had dispatched an employee to go get my mom. Jackson showed up in minutes, found my mom and dug right into finding the battery, jumped it and then guided her to the shop where they did the necessary testing and then installed a new battery. even with some slight complications, Victoria never gave up and never let my mom feel like she wasn't going to be taken care of. This means more to us than you can know. Not that I want any more issues with cars but if and when this happens and we need parts or advice, we'll be going nowhere else from now on. Great store. Very friendly and helpful staff and they have a great selection of automotive items. And a very good selection of parts in stock.
