I like to be fair and honest when writing a review, so here goes ...I made a stop at this store to buy Fuel additive to clean my fuel injectors, after being directed by a sales associate to the shelve behind me I realize that the store was advertising few different brands including "Lucas" very popular item, so I decided to get "Shop Pro, complete fuel system cleaner" since the advertise price was showing on the shelve 2 for $5.00, great deal right? ok the thing is, I got the two but when at the cashier he was charging me $5.29 each, so I questioned the advertising price, the cashier when and physically checked the price at the shelve, he came back and said "I don't know who place the tag there, is going on sale until Tuesday Dec 31, 2024 and today is Saturday Dec 28, but there were more item being advertise as well that are NOT suppose to be there on the shelf yet, I told him that it is deceiving to have different prices and when you go pay if you are not careful they stick you with a higher price, I did buy the product at the regular price because I needed it, but I mentioned that I will write a review of the store deceiving customers with a false advertisement on shelves, his response was "OK" Very disappointed with Auto Zone for allowing this to happen and definitively will not be back to this store and may not make Auto Zone my priority store. Just a word of caution, make sure you get the price if and item is being advertise and do not fall for the scheme that the tag/price should not be there. if its there, they should honor the price being advertise. Do not go to this store.

I needed needed brake pads, the customer service person wasn't very gracious but I just ignored that, I came to purchase pads and got them. In the past other times I've gone there, ive always encountered very helpful and pleasant service people. Maybe he was having a bad day.

Wonderful service! My battery was acting up and I had to get a jump in the morning a few days ago, so I decided to go get a new battery. When I got there, someone came to service me immediately and went out to check the battery and confirmed it was going bad. I was about to buy a new one, but he checked on my purchase history and found out that I still had a warranty on it, so they replaced it under warranty. Saved me money! While changing my battery, he noticed my coolant was going low so he told me to have it checked at my next maintenance. I asked if it just needs to be filled. He said yes, so I asked if I can just buy it there, which he also helped me fill up and check everything.

Great Customer Service from District Manager, Cristina Buenrostro and Regional Administrator, Maria Schweitzer. Thank you both for bringing your "A Game" to help me complete my review! Getting my Ford ready for Springtime and finally found the hard-to-find Meguiars Polish at this AutoZone. This shop is kept clean inside and out. Parking is easy to get into and out-of via Blue Diamond and the guys there are helpful. 👍👍👍😆😆😆

Baird Greyson went the extra mile to help me with my battery, the warranty and options for replacement. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The store was clean and the team seemed happy to help one another. Great store. It’s rare not to feel taken advantage of with car issues. Thanks Baird Greyson!

I had a very strange, inappropriate, and uncomfortable experience with one of the employees at this specific shop. I came in because I accidentally locked my keys in my car, and I needed a tool to get it out. I thought it was really nice the employee took matters into his own hands since they didn’t have the tool. Well before I knew it, I was being seduced and taken advantage of by one of the younger employees. His name was either Brenden, Braden or Brandon, I don’t quite recall, but it was one of those names. And let’s just say, he helped me get my keys out of my car for a very violating price… :/ I now avoid autozone and this entire area at all costs! :(
