Hansel’s mobile semi truck and trailer repair(same day service)

My truck was broken down on 11/22/24 in las Vegas. My boss lady called them for road service. Arrived quicklyfrom, replaced radiator. They have reasonable prices for repairs . Charging by kinds of jobs not by time. They found aftermarket parts to save money for me. The next day I found there are tiny presses on the radiator and thought the quality of radiator was not good. He explained it was fingerprint because aluminum base and no bad effects. Very patiently. Which is right l found it later. Good company and boss. Recommend to all truck drivers.

Wonderful service and extremely intelligent is Hansel. He advised me on the issues with my 3 car hauler. He fixed an electrical issue and told me exactly what the trailer needed.

Hansel gave us an amazing experience how everyone should have, he took the time to explain the options with the pricing up front and then he explained throughout the repair process what was the issue backed up by photos of what he was doing. Mister hansel was very fast to respond in very fair priced. Several of the other mobile mechanic shops called me back, but I told them Mr. Hansel was the first 1 answer, so I went with him, and they told me that I was in good hands?That means a lot coming from your competition

I must recommend Hansel’s Mobile services. I travel all over the USA and when you need assistance quickly you really never k ow the type of repair service you’re going to get. I have had some not so good experiences. However NOT with Hansel, Hansel is the owner and he is a genuine guy. He was able to meet, he ran a diagnostic on my truck he let me look at the screen. He showed me what the problem was… he gave me a estimate of the work, however, he had some preventative maintenance he could perform to get me back home to get a repair that would save me a considerable amount of money. Seriously who does that ? Hansel is a roadside service, He explained he could repair however me it would take 3 days of waiting since he has a mobile service. On top of this, while we were talking, I explained to him that I’ve only been an owner of my truck since May of last year, and he offered a wealth of knowledge while he was working on my truck. I’m typically in Las Vegas maybe 5 to 6 times a year and I will definitely be contacting Hansel again if I ever need any service work no matter what it is. Again, thank you, Hansel. I really appreciated all the help yesterday.

Hansel was super fast at responding and setting up a meet spot for road service. He replaced a wheel seal in less than 2 hours, and for a reasonable price. 🙌 definitely will be contacting them from now on when im in the Vegas area.
