Meineke Car Care Center

I had a great experience with Meineke when my car wouldn’t start one morning. I called them and they had my car picked up and towed for free. They sent me a very detailed review of all the problems and they were super friendly and helpful! I had no pressure sales pitches or anything like that. I was informed of everything as it happened and I made the decision to fix or not fix the problems.. Once the repairs were completed, I picked up my car and was satisfied with the results and the service. I would recommend this center for its friendly customer support and very thorough service!!

I needed a battery for my car and a friend of mine told me of her great experience with this shop. I thought I would give them a try. Lee S. greeted me as I walked in, what a change from trying to deal with the big dealerships! The service was fast and friendly. They gave me the feeling of being at a small town local garage. Customer service from Lee was great and I will be back with any of my future auto needs. Thank you for not treating me as if I was just another number!

Thanks to everyone at Meineke! Lee and Mike and their peeps are awesome! This is my new go to to get my car fixed. Very transparent, helpful with explaining things to me. I feel like they really care about my car 😁 and me. If they are busy they call right back. I love the text alerts and quotes. Thanks guys! I've been bringing my cars to Meineke on Rainbow and Cactus for sometime now, and they never disappoint. The staff is always friendly, the service is reliable, and they treat you like family. Mark always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. Whether it's a quick oil change or a major repair, I trust them completely. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I am so mad. I’ve spent a lot of money with this Meineke, and had to take it back twice for the same problem. The first time, Mark said the issue was fixed. The next day, the problems were happening again. I again called Mark the manager, and he said to bring it in. They had it for a few days, supposedly fixed more things on it, another outrageous bill, I bring it home and it still having the same problem. I tried to call back and ask for the manager again, they said he would call me back and I had still not received a phone call. I don’t have endless money to problems that they think might be happening. I feel like I was completely had. They obviously do not know what they are doing. I was taken for almost $2000 between both of the times I brought it in and nothing was accomplished.

I originally went to Meineke because my brakes felt spongy — likely due to air in the brake lines — and my electronic parking brake wasn’t working after a previous brake job. I authorized a brake flush and parking brake service, which I was charged $400 for, including $212 just for the parking brake. After the service, not only was the parking brake still broken, but all my dash lights came on, which were not on before. The technician Mark said my rear brake caliper was “completely broken,” but it wasn’t leaking and had never been a problem until after they worked on the car — making me question if they damaged it themselves. Instead of fixing it, they tried to charge me $457 more to replace the caliper. When I declined, the tech was very pushy over the phone, trying to pressure me into more work. Then the next morning, in front of other customers, he told me to buy the part myself at AutoZone and he’d install it for $60 — a huge shift in tone that felt unprofessional and performative. I was never offered any discount, despite paying full price for work that didn’t resolve the issue. What really crossed the line was what they wrote on my invoice: “He stated he is going to have his friend that damaged the brakes install his caliper.” That’s disrespectful, unprofessional, and inappropriate to include in a customer document. They have no proof of that, and considering the caliper issue started only after their service, it’s just as likely that they caused the problem. I walked away with more issues than I came in with — dash lights on, unresolved parking brake, and no accountability from the shop. I do not trust this location at all, and I strongly recommend going to a shop that values quality work and treats customers with honesty and respect.

I was very very pleased with the attention to detail and professionalism that I received throughout my experience at Meineke on Cactus and Rainbow. Everyone was very attentive to what was being done on my truck and the information that was given to me during the process was great. I am however having an issue with my truck I wasn’t having prior to bringing it in for the services that were done and I hope it isn’t something that was done by them. Overall great experience and I hope my current issue is something that can be fixed/resolved.

I had a fantastic experience at the Meineke on Cactus and Rainbow! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me honest recommendations, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need—which I really appreciated. The service was quick, efficient, and done right the first time. It’s rare to find an auto shop that makes you feel this taken care of. Shoutout to the whole team for making car maintenance stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family!
