I bought some parts and return some parts and you were wonderful over the two days. thanks for being so upbeat and positive and attentive. Thanks sir beating out your competition O’Reilly’s **************************** 10/25/2024 Well, it was time for a battery replacement and I ran into the manager there at the store called KAI. He was impressive, sharp and knew his profession well. He gave me a military discount for my $200 battery. Not cheap nowadays, but I was a happy camper because he gave me the best price as I shopped around. Again Kai thank you KAi for your help and assistance today especially getting the battery out of the car he recently had hernia surgery and did not want to take any chances. I got home and installed it in my vehicle and everything‘s running A-OK. Thanks for the staff at AutoZone and a great three year guarantee I have on the battery. Ricardo was super patient with me and very efficient on the computer. I spent about 45 minutes theremaining while looking for other products. Thanks so much guys & gals as you exceeded my expectations Sincerely Jesus cares. Mm AZ located at 6 and Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas has some very knowledgeable, polite Associates that work at that store. They have given me numerous credits that I didn't even know I could get by returning a lifetime parts that were stored for 10 years. I'm a Do It Yourself mechanic sometimes and one lesson I learned the hard way was if you have a lifetime warranty on a part decide not to use it and purchase a better brand elsewhere that part could have been credited to your bill. For me it was an alternator and it would have had a $200 credit... FYI Cheers & blessings from above to you all

I had the pleasure of speaking with Precious D. This young lady has a contagious smile and is on top of her game. She serviced all my needs with a smile and I left beyond satisfied! When did this AutoZone a few days ago to give my light bulbs for my van the lady help me out when it got to the back and picked them out and brought them back to me the other representative helped her out to find my product and brought it to me That's what's AutoZone's about not I'm calling the police on you thank you guys at this AutoZone
