Utilize every money saving capability that your vehicle have to save you on unnecessary added cost on install and material. Give honest reviews of a product that you desiring and offer true recommendations even if the product you want cost more. Treat you like family in the car audio circuit and not just as a customer wanting to spend money. Zac the store manager is the most down to earth and knowledgeable about every product that he sales in his store. A true troubleshooter of issues that is going on with you audio experience. Eric and Bob the installers are true professionals and treat your vehicle like their own. They take their time and take extra caution with extra preparation of your your interior to ensure nothing gets damage or scratch while they work. Willing to fix others mistakes or potential errors with your audio experience. The only place that I feel safe in knowing that they want take advantage of your limited knowledge in the audio circuit whether you are man or woman and know nothing about audio. I was told to come see Zach Butler (well respected in the Sound Quality Community here in Las Vegas) after a couple other shops could not OR would not set my DSP up correctly trying to get me to purchase NEW THIS!! NEW THAT!!! when I didn’t honestly need anything. Zach set my DSP to my FACTORY Alpine system and man!!! I could not be more happy with the outcome. Zach definitely has a customer for life with me. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Zach at Audio Express (Maryland location) first, I wish I would have. I could’ve saved a bunch of money. I’m looking forward to Zach and the guys continuing my SQ build in the very near future.

Audio Express was the only shop that knew and had the hardware to upgrade my vehicle's stereo. The customer service was top notch and their product selection is great! I definitely recommend giving them a try for your next stereo project.

Zack helped me put together a package and I am very pleased with the outcome. I wanted clarity but I didn't want "cars that go boom". I do have enough bass though for whenever Baby Got Back comes on. The back up camera and auto start is awesome. I'm very happy with the customer service and the entire package.

Zac is absolutely wonderful at what he does there at Audio Express my husband is very particular when it comes to stereos and who he deals with. When he met Zac, my husband knew his Tundra was in good hands. The technicians in the back are very thorough yet quick.
