Most of the time the staff is pretty knowledgeable and helpful. Haven't had a bad experience dealing with them so far. Prices are reasonable.

I was able to get my oil recycled and the store associate even did the pouring for me. I had a bad experience at another Autozone on the same day, so I am so happy the S Hawkins Autozone could get me in and out.

Had a 2015 Chrysler 200 that had a bad battery. Everyone a the AutoZone at 1597 Hawkins in Akron OH was very helpful and put in a new battery for me. Nice people! Very professional and pleasant personalities.
