I recently purchased my first vehicle from VanDevere in January. The transaction was great! The salesman, Barry was extremely helpful and I left with a positive experience. Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago, I noticed that there were some minor issues with my vehicle. I managed to get in touch with one of the Service Advisors named Brad Harris. Once again my experience with VanDevere was excellent. Just like Barry, Brad was very helpful, and friendly. He was attentive to what was going on with my vehicle, and saw to it that I got a loaner as they took the time to take care of what was going with my vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase. I received A+ customer service from both gentlemen!

Mike (manager) is who made this deal happen on the phone Monday night. I appreciate him working with me, being honest and understanding what I wanted to try and accomplish. He was fantastic and understood that I wanted to basically do the deal over the phone because I live 2 hours away. The sales rep was also great from start to finish and the finance person was very friendly, not too pushy and was also enjoyable to work with. Guaranteed I return to buy something else when I need to.

Hunter is the best person I have ever dealt with. I have had 4 cars through you guys and have always had issues with my cars and I was considering going elsewhere until I met hunter. He is kind, compassionate, and deals with my very bad temper. It is nice to know that no matter what he has your back!

Love this dealership! Everytime I service my vehicle, everyone is always so nice and smiling faces. They always get me in and out quickly. I had an oil change appointment for 8:45am; I called in to ask if I could come in earlier and was told yes. I came in about an hour early and was greeted by Ian. I was also greeted by the service manager, Alex, who always makes sure he says hi! Ian got my vehicle in fast and I was out fast as well! Love, love, love the level of professionalism at VanDevere Chevy. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for service!

My salesperson Dee was amazing she took care of me like I was family she seemed to go above and beyond. And then the new car had a sunroof issue and service took care of it right away even though they were about to close only bad part was there was no coffee

Although I was double-booked my car was taken in immediately for service. I was kept updated on the progress of my car's service, and I was also made aware of a repair that would be needed but was unable to be done due to time constraints. I don't feel that I overpaid nor was the tech attempting to upsell me on any product or service. Chad aldo informed me of my next round of service (100K) and what the potential cost would be. They're so helpful there!

This review is specifically for the service department and the horrible service I received. I dropped my car off for routine maintenance through my forever warranty. I was mislead THREE separate times about my price, only to finally be charged almost 600 dollars for routine maintenance. They kept my car overnight after assuring me twice that it would be done that afternoon, and even after having it all that time still didn't wash it, which was supposed to be included with my services. Lied to about time, lied to about price, and couldn't even do the most basic courtesy of washing it for me. I told the service department employee how unhappy I was with my service and he said he would talk to his manager about a price adjustment. It's been well over a week and I still have had no contact from them. Over 600 dollars for a service I was extremely unhappy with, I will NEVER be bringing my vehicle back here for service again.
