I highly recommend Summit Collision Pro’s, I will take my truck back there happily anytime I need to have any body work done. I was in an accident that dealt a large amount of damage to my truck. The entire staff was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They helped navigate with my insurance company, they would give me updates regularly. The truck looks brand new thanks to them. I really appreciate the work they have done, all the help they have given me with the insurance company, and the rental agency. I believe they are the best body shop in Ohio.

Collision Pros is the best place to get any body work done on a vehicle. They paid close attention to all the details. Also, gave me back my vehicle cleaner than how I left it with them. Finished ahead of time and were very cost effective. I can’t recommend them enough. Check them out at their new place behind Summit Toyota in Akron also. Brand new facility opening back there to build on an already great operation.

Due to various mishaps, my Avalon has been repaired by Jack's team more times than I would like to admit. This incident occurred one morning when I was on my way to work, and a lady rear-ended me at a stop light. As always, Jack and his team operated with peak professionalism and craftsmanship, not only repairing my car, but also dealing with the other driver's insurance company. As in previous incidences, they returned my car to me in pristine condition. I hope not to have to utilize Jack's services again any time soon, but I'm confident that if I do, the job will be done right, the first time.

They Accept Every Insurance On The Planet which is just a big added bonus to all of the other amazing stuff and their kindness that they show to every single client that walks through their doors!!!!

I had a little run-in with a shopping cart and scratched up the front bumper of our car .. We took the car to the dealer, thinking they had a body repair shop, they didn't .. But they recommended Collision Pros .. So we went over there and talked to Jack (the owner), and before a quote was even given, we knew within 5 minutes, this was the place to have our car fixed .. Not only was the quote very reasonable, but they saved us money as well .. They have loaner cars, so we didn't have to rent one .. I have never seen thank you cards and/or letters of appreciation and thankfulness at a repair shop of any kind, but you will here .. And they deserve each and every one they receive .. When we went to pick our car up, I was amazed at the attention to detail they took .. Not only on the repairs, but to the unasked for complementary detailed cleaning of the car, it was spotless inside and out, and I was truly impressed .. If you need any type of auto body/paint work done, We highly recommend Collision Pros. You couldn't ask for a better group of people .. I can’t say enough good things about Collision Pros! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Jack and his team went above and beyond to make what started as an unfortunate situation into the best possible experience. The work they did on my car was nothing short of amazing—flawless results with incredible attention to detail. Despite the quick turnaround time, the quality never wavered. Took my 2019 Tacoma into the shop to have both the inside and outside detailed. Picked up my truck and was VERY happy with the results. The inside was as nice as the day I purchased it (90,000 miles) ago. It was spotless... The outside was equally as nice. My Tacoma looks like a new vehicle... I highly recommend Collision Pro's for vehicle detailing. As a side note, I had my vehicle into their repair shop after someone hit me - The repairs were again - perfect...

I recently got into a car accident and was unsure where to go. Summit Collision Pros went above and beyond for us. They made the repair process as smooth as possible. My car looks brand new! Jack’s customer service and work-ethic clearly filter down from the top. Jack did outstanding work repairing (welding) a piece of equipment for me in his spare time, and in plenty of time for me to put it to use for the season. He charged me a fair price, and even gave it a matching coat of paint when he finished. Jack takes care to make things just right. He cares about his work and even more about his customers’ needs! Also, the bodywork that the team did on my RAV4 last year was top-notch. Thanks again Jack and team!
