Auto MD

My car was sitting near the bottom of our very steep, long, icy driveway. I had slid into the embankment the previous evening trying to get home. After shoveling snow and ice for hours, my car would not start due to a dead battery. I called Auto MD and Doug came by soon after and got the car started again. He was very kind and professional, and he also moved my car to a safer, non icy area. I highly recommend Auto MD services!

It's no surprise to me AutoMD has such a high rating and from my experience it's because Doug's a top-notch professional who carries out his work with genuine care and kindness. I'm so thankful he was the man on the scene to my horrible car wreck and even more grateful for all he did to go over and above in helping me sort it all out afterwards. If you're in the area and you need any sort of towing assistance then look no further and give them a call!

How many towing companies have you seen with a 4.8 rating? That alone speaks volumes, but I feel compelled to write this review because he went above and beyond for me. First, he picks up and drops off exactly when he says he will. It sounds basic, but in the towing industry, it’s the exception. I had been waiting for a AAA towing company for six hours. At 9:00 PM, the owner answered the phone himself. He assured me that if AAA didn’t contact me, I should call him first thing in the morning, and he would come get me. I called him the next morning, and he was at my house by 8:30 AM to tow my Porsche Macan to Asheville. While he was nearly at the dealer, I called and asked if we could switch drop-off locations because I found a great independent shop. It was no problem for him, and that probably saved me at least $1,000 in repairs. I can’t say enough about this guy. Well done and thank you.

The Monday after storm Helene, I experienced true neighborly kindness. After a tire blow-out, help came in the form of kind people and generous hearts. Auto MD was gracious to help, at no charge, to get me home safe. I will always recommend them if help is needed.

My family and I just returned from a weekend trip to Brevard NC, a beautiful place. While there we had a flat tire in the hotel parking lot. I called Auto M.D. and they were quick to respond. Doug came out and got us on the road again. He was an outstanding guy whom I enjoyed talking to. Thank you Auto M.D. and Doug we owe you one. Highly recommend for all auto needs including towing.
