My wife’s car was repaired recently at First Aid. Throughout the process, they really went to bat with the insurance company to to get better quality (OE) parts to provide proper panel fitment. They really showed how much they care and how much pride they have in the finished product. They kept us in the loop with regular updates, and the car was dust and smell free when we got it back. Fit, finish, and paint matching was dead on. Kudos to Pete for going the extra mile, you are an asset to your field.

We brought in our ss camaro to be repaired . Small dent in the quarter panel and we added some extra stuff to be done . Staff was very professional and friendly. The repairs were done and workmanship was top notch . Car turned out great .

My experience was a positive one. They worked with the insurance company to expedite our claim, the repairs were without flaw, the metallic paint matched perfectly, and everything worked as it should. Pete called me every Tuesday and Thursday to give me updates on the progress of the repairs, and I would highly recommend them.
