Work quality is really great and work speed was pretty fast. Only negative thing I have to say is be prepared to be treated horribly. The owner and his son were nothing but rude to me from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. Even with me paying for the car completely out of pocket. If this isn’t something you care to deal with this place is a great quality body shop.

I went here yesterday to get an estimate on the damages from a car accident. First thing the old man is rude. Had an attitude with us the minute we walked in. His son Matt was ok. They acted like they didnt want to touch the car. Then told us that they wouldn't touch it because who the other driver who hit us had for insurance. Thanks for wasting our time

I took my vehicle to him to repair a tow hook we had damaged after making a turn too sharp causing it to not be tow able. Decided to have some dents along the side fixed as well since it would be in the shop. Picked up the vehicle and went to tow it behind our rv the next day. By the end of our DRIVEWAY the damaged tow hook as come undone. Thank goodness we noticed as soon as we did and the vehicle didn't come undone while going down the 55 MPH road a short distance away. Called the shop immediately and had to drive it there. Drove it to the shop. Owner was not apologetic and said eh yeah we'll make it right. Had to drive the vehicle instead of tow it 14 hours round trip. Called him when we got back and his "we'll make it right" is now oh you buy the parts and I'll do the labor... Our original repairs were over $4,000. Thank goodness no one was killed due to this shops inability to make safe repairs.

Ralph and his team at Coachworks did a fantastic job repairing and matching the silver paint on our Toyota 4Runner. Ralph is honest and fair and goes to bat for you. Wonderful job and quality work. Highly recommend using Coachworks for your automotive bodyshop needs.

Great communication, provided options for repairs and was able to get our vehicle to us quickly. Paint job was perfect. This is the 5th vehicle to have repairs done and they were all done right. Very happy.
