Mountains to Sea Transmission

Shop owner Nate is a true professional. I dropped off a kit to install in my Toyota transmission. He was very familiar with both the transmission and the kit. He explained the installation process, timeline, and expected outcome. The work was completed on time and at the quoted price. After completion, he gave me a copy of the installation instructions showing his step by step notes and parts used. The transmission was vacuum tested then road tested. You don't see this level of professionalism much these days. Nate is a true subject matter expert.

Don't go here. Dropped my truck off for a transmission rebuild a while back. He diagnosed it, told me he would rebuild, then told me it would be 2 weeks before he could start. He had my truck for almost 4 months and never did a thing to it. Never called. And when i would call it was always another excuse. Would not recommend to anybody.

We dropped off my son's truck off Feb 12th of this year for transmission issues. Nate ran diagnostic and THAT WAS IT! From there, it was constant excuses as to WHY he had not started on it or couldnt. We FINALLY found someone else 3 DAYS AGO ! And he STILL charged us 213.00 for just running a diagnostic on it! Really! This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WE REALLY NEEEDED THIS TRUCK TO BE RUNNING BY NOW! THANKS FOR NOTHING
