Auto Glass Now

Got my tesla's windshield replaced yesterday, took about an hour & a half, they were very fast & im happy with the results!

We had our RAV4 windshield replaced recently. First time getting a windshield replaced, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The woman I talked to on the phone twice was very nice and respectful (didn't get her name). Oscar was also very nice, respectful and explained the whole process to us. We walked down the street to eat lunch and by the time we got back it was done. Thank you for a great experience and great customer service!

I accidentally broke the rear window of my vehicle. All Star Glass set up a mobile appointment to do the replacement. From the scheduling of the appointment to the installation of new glass, everything went smoothly. The installer was great and answered all the questions I had during the installation. Not happy. Normal windshield rock damage. I believe I could have done better myself from a retail shop repair kit. Price was to high. Don't think you are going to get a better job. By paying high price. Nobody there. Rushed me in and rushed me out. With a bad job done. I told them I'm not in a hurry take your time. I will not be coming back to this shop ever,. Sorry, you asked for a review, so here it is. I should get my money back.. I do not recommend this shop....

Excellent service, reasonable price! The technicians were fast, efficient, friendly and cleaned up all the shattered glass in my car and the driveway!

I had a crack down the center of the windshield and needed it replaced. I had to bring our car into the shop because they had to recalibrate some of the tech that’s linked with the windshield. The service was quick and my car was ready in an hour. The only negative thing that happened was the way my car was returned back to me. There was little shards of glass on the dash, the seat, the floorboards and even the AC vent. It was a little alarming to me that they didn’t vacuum the glass out especially since it was done at the shop and only took an hour. An extra 5 minutes of clean up would have earned a higher rating and would have also helped justify the price of the repair.

Great service from my first phone inquiry to scheduling, to dealing with Insurance and the work being completed. Quick appointment, timely service, plus they went above and beyond to help out with an additional request. We will most definitely be back!

Scheduled my appointment for a new windshield install through my insurance. Rachel was very courteous and helpful scheduling the appointment. The day of my appointment, I dropped my vehicle off (again Rachel was very courteous) gave a two hour window for my vehicle to be done. I received a phone call two hours later as mentioned that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Everything went smoothly and had no issues with the installation Prompt courteous customer service goes a long ways, the reason for my 5 star rating, I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now!

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to talk to me and help me work everything out with my insurance. My insurance was pushing Safelite but Safelite was horrible!! I could only get their automated service and there was no way to speak with anyone. I will never work with a company like that!!
