Smiley’s Empire Tire and Wheels

First time I came here I had just purchased and powdercoated some wheels for my wife's car. He found out that the hub bore on the wheel was too small and recommended machining them out. I approved the work and within 2 days he had them back with my TPMS swapped from the old wheels and tires mounted. What set this shop apart from everywhere else is that he called me at 8pm to confirm the specs I needed for the machine work. Most places would have waited till the next day, but he was still working late into the night. About 2 weeks later I had a tire losing air after hitting a pothole. I took it to him to look at and he gave me a call shortly thereafter letting me know that the wheel was bent. These wheels are incredibly rare as they have been out of production for 12 years and any used replacement barrels would have to be shipped from Japan. He told me they could repair the bend and advised me to get some new tires as driving around with low air chewed the hell out of them. I picked the car up the next day for a reasonable price and it's holding air again! 10/10, if I went to a franchise shop they would have not machined the hub bore out for me, and they probably wouldn't have offered to fix the bend in the wheel on my daily driver. Smiley and his staff put in the work to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted and kept my cars looking good. Went in first time for a tire plug. In and out super fast. Very polite. Went back second time for an alignment and was told AND shown where my suspension components were worn and needed to be repaired before alignment would be feasible or even beneficial. I really love that level of honesty considering the big name alignment shop in town had not bothered with that kind of preventative information on a previous vehicle of mine. Super clean waiting room and with thier pricing im getting my next full set of tires from them. They also have a selection of used tires available if your in a pinch and have your size in stock. 12 out of 10 recommend.

This place is so unorganized with none of your information in the computer so you better hope he remembers you. He does not back up any warranties. Makes up excuses of how he doesn’t even know your specific tire. Left me hanging with no replacement tire. Came outside and laughed at me while I was upset. Anyone with mental health anything stay away from this place. Smiley only cares about money.
