I took my 2014 BMW 328i here for some preventative maintenance as well as some repairs I needed done and John, Taylor, and Frank are more than just euro car mechanics, they are enthusiasts who know these cars inside and out. They were very thorough in their work and have an amazing attention to detail. My BMW feels like a new car again, with 211,000 miles on it! If you're looking for a shop that won't try to upsell you or nickel and dime you to death, you found it! This was the only shop that quoted me for my timing chain replacement and included replacing the oil pump chain as well. All the other shops i called, quoted just the timing chain and nothing else. Also worth noting, Deutschland Autohaus only uses BMW OE parts! Unlike some other shops who quoted me using Chinese parts at OE prices.

this place is simply awesome. Frank and John are amazing. integrity and always stayed in touch with me and answered all my questions and on top of that their pricing was super Fair. when I need something done to my car I will definitely be back here. John knows his stuff... thank you brother for your character because it's hard to find nowadays... if you are out there and have a foreign vehicle that needs anything, this is definitely the place for you to bring it...

John has helped me out a few times when I was in a pinch to get things done on my family’s daily car. Over the last 2+ years he’s been the guy to take care of my German vehicles when I couldn’t because of being away for work or when I didn’t have the knowledge/experience doing a specific job to my cars. The man knows his VW/Audi, Mercedes and BMWs. Even the diesel engine variants. Straight forward and honest, always.

John is excellent and his service is top notch. Official BMW service refused to change my transmission fluid on a F32 BMW but after having the fluid changed here the car feels brand new, night and day difference. Best prices in town 💯

Thank you John for solving and CORRECTING my battery and alternator problem that Bimmer Clinic in Riverside created. Thanks for the education on certain warrantied parts and all the things I either didn’t know or was misinformed on. It’s refreshing to see a shop owner that takes the time to listen to his clients, address the problems with their specific car and even impart knowledge on the way. If you have a BMW this shop is a good choice.

Good experience here as a first time customer John A showed me the parts involved and explained things nicely to me and answered my questions being attentive even though he is so busy. The price break from the other European mechanics around is significant so I could get more stuff done all at once. Happy to find this shop and I will be back.

My review is long over due for the excellent service I received for 3 separate visits. John and staff are very professional and friendly, I also appreciate their expertise and knowledge to service foreign cars like mine.
