Not very good at all! No one that has purchased a vehicle from this dealer should have to wait for 3 months to get it in for service! Every time i made an appointment I requested a loaner car so I could leave my vehicle (Lincoln Aviator), at the time the appointments were made I was told to call the day before at 3:00pm to make sure there is one available. Every time I had an appointment, and called the day before it was always a NO! We don’t have any loaners available. This went on for 3 months. 3 different appointments! At this point things stopped working on the car! Totally unexceptionable. The last appointment I made, I was told we get our loaners in the first of the month so there should be one for you. Well wouldn’t you know when I showed up for my appointment I was told there was no loaner cars!! 😡. There is a real issue here, they know when loaners are due in, they could have reserved a car but chose not to. I demanded to talk to a supervisor, I was again asked why I was bringing my car in. After explaining, he stated “I have you a car”. Well well well! Finally I was able to leave my car, and get the 3 recalls that should have been installed long before done! I picked up my car, everything was done, but they didn’t even wash my car! Really! 😡👎

Service with Lincoln is always a pleasure! Very professional and courteous even when they are extremely busy. I have never had an issue that they weren’t able to resolve and they take excellent care of my Corsair while they have it in for service. Katie and Mike communicate well and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

Excellent service!!! I was in Asheville for a Ford Model A Meet when my tow vehicle needed unexpected repairs. The Service Managers & Tech were able to fix my Navigator quickly and perform normal scheduled maintenance. It worked perfectly towing my Model A back to Florida. Thank You Asheville Lincoln / Ford...:-)

The dealership had our 2023 Lincoln for over one month. The repairs took way too long for what was wrong with our vehicle. We were never offered a loaner vehicle to drive while our vehicle was in the shop. Very disappointed with the service. Could have been handled much better.

My vehicle has been at the Service Department for a total of 27 days out for less than 90 days of ownship of a new vehicle. I was told that my car would be put at the highest priority over all cars in the service area. At this time, the jury is out for my opinion. Wait and see.
