Great Tire shop. Clean efficient on time great price. High end tires I was amazed they had two in stock and had the others the next day. Took special care with the rims very impressed will return when I need any tire service or supply in future Highly recommend.

Never buy from Palm Desert America's Tire. Per their website: "If ever you're not satisfied with your purchase, bring it back and we will make it right. That is our promise. We stand behind our products and services and want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase." PURE BS! They sent me home with severely underinflated, brand-new tires on my motorhome which I only discovered three weeks later because you could SEE the wear pattern showing underinflation. The RUDE manager there barely looked at ONE of them today and tried to convince me that that wear pattern was "normal". I'm seventy plus. I KNOW what normal is supposed to look like! I had photos and he wouldn't even look at them. Didn't even offer to check my tire pressure when I called out their installation mistake. I stopped at another major tire center to get the tires inflated properly. Do the tires below look like they're barely a month old (1000ish miles) to you? (Look at the shoulders). Thanks for reading. Can't give less than one star to post.

This place is so rude. They don’t even tell you where to go. They expect you to know where to go and wait. We got there at 7 am And waited for an hour we were the first ones there and they still helped somebody else before us and it took 10 people to work on one car. Nobody wanted to help us just check our tire pressure something so simple. The worst customer service I’ve ever had don’t come to this American tire if you want bad service.

I came here for a Tire Rotation, they are currently remodeling but they were open during construction and John helped me. What a nice guy! and the employees are super nice! I was in and out in less then 30min! Very impressed!

Had a tire mishap occur while on the freeway and this store was the first I came across in the area. The team was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful to me during this stressful event. -- Special thanks to John for assisting me in finding not only the right tires for the car but the best price as well.

Excellent service from John in the sales room, he helped me with ordering a specific tire in a specific size I wanted that was not the standard size for my car. He researched the size comparability and to make certain the size would work he had a similar tire in that size mounted on my wheel and put on the car to check the clearances...before ordering my tires. They were perfect. The only issue I had with this visit (and I've purchased my last two sets of tires here with no issue) was that the person servicing my car replaced the valve stems but 3 of the 4 were of one type, and the 4th was of another; even the valve stem caps were not interchangeable. I went back the next day to have the one valve stem replaced with one matching the others. John was not working that day and another sales person helped me. However he made excuses and said the stems were similar and work with the car. I had to insist that they all match...and they should. He did however get my car into the service bay were the stem was switched out with one of the same type as the others. Still, I do recommend this store, they have otherwise been excellent to work with. I don't anticipate any future problems.

I have a warranty on my tire and I got a nail in the tire I call the shop and tell them my situation and I was told I would be charged for time and labor I called corporate after and was told it should have been free. I have had the tire for 7 months and the tire is now bold I had only 20,000 miles and warranty states I have a 40,000 miles warranty jojo and the manger refused to do anything about the warranty this location is rude and unprofessional with zero customer service and there warranty is a scam there tires are cheap and over priced I went to Walmart and got a Goodyear tire for $130 out the door I will never return and wouldn't recommend

Been going here for 20 years with no issues until now. I got new tires and tire sensors for my Lexus. Sensors didn’t work so I took it back and they cleared the light. It came back on again in 40 miles. Took it back a 2nd time, left it and got a ride home, went back to pick it up and they were not able to fix it and said they would order OEM sensors. I called them a week later to see if the sensors were in and they said they got new ones, but they weren’t OEM, but they should work. Made an appointed for 8:30am and dropped it off at 8:15am. I had my 2 year old and 5 year old with me. They said it would take about an hour. Walked across the street to eat lunch and when I walked back, the car was still in the parking lot. Went and killed time at a few other stores and walked back at 9:15. 1 hour, my 3rd time back, and they hadn’t even started on it. I asked for a refund and told them I wanted a credit as well for all my time and fuel they had wasted. They gave me a refund, but refused to give me any sort of additional credit and told me they wanted the sensors back. This means I would’ve had to leave the car longer so they could remove the original sensors that do not work. I told them not a chance and left. JORGE helped me originally with the tires and was very nice and helpful. MARIO “helped” me with the sensors and was horrible, he never knew who I was or what I was coming in for even after having to bring the car back 3 times. He never called me when the sensors were in and I had to call to find out. JOSH was the manager I spoke to who refused to do anything to make up for wasting my time, and still wanted me to leave my car with them so they could waste more of my time and remove the sensors the didn’t even work.
