They were so great! I had a problem and they fixed it and sit me out and said come back again. And I will. I love that. A woman is management just thrills me and she's quite beautiful too. Thank you, thank you guys. I will be back and I'm really grateful. They helped me and didn't charge me it. Gotta love that. How often does that happen?

As soon as I drove up they they went ahead and assisted me I have been too many places but jiffy lube is the best place the best team members that let you know immediately if something is wrong with your car instead of just saying I'll go ahead and giving you an oil change know they do a thorough check-up one of the best in Cathedral City off Ramon Road these gentlemen are professionals every single one of them and the inside is spotless I just couldn't believe how nice the people are nowadays they still are at jiffy lube thank you so much I am grateful for going over my car and letting me know what was wrong thank you so much Mary O

The service techs were on top of their game. They had found the engine air intake disconnected from the air filter box and the cause for the blockage to the air filter box. The filter was installed backwards by a RAM dealer at the last oil service. Great job by all techs. I’d recommend this location for their professionalism and prompt service

This place almost cost me an expensive repair on my car & they didn’t want to make matters better. I’m very upset at how the assistant manager Gab @ cathedral city location handled it. Although Jesus and Axel tried their best to help out.
