We choose this service centre based on their reviews and have huge regrets. $4000 later none of our major concerns were addressed and their quotes kept shifting. Diagnostic rates were ridiculously high (our understanding that it would include the repair). Had car for 3 weeks and we had to chase them for communication. Have car detailed before taking it to them, came back filthy. Told rims were bent. Tire shop told us one day later they were fine. Went another independent shop and they installed a new battery on the spot. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

I went to International Motors because of a recommendation to have my climate control checked that was inoperative in my 1989 Mercedes 560. They found the problem and quoted me for the repair at a lesser cost than the dealership and repaired the problem. It’s now working perfectly. Would highly recommend them, very helpful friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

I am one of those people who only wants the dealership to do maintenance on my cars. Because The mini dealership is 60 miles away, I took a chance on international motors and I’m so glad I did. They did a terrific job and I’m very appreciative.

I highly recommend International Motors. They know what they are doing, and they do it well. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The team is professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and timely - everything could want from your mechanic. Fred is amazing - super knowledgeable and helpful. I owe Fred a great deal of thanks for all his understanding and assistance. Roberto has also gone his way to help me several times; a big thank you to him as well. Sean and all the mechanics are exceptional at what they do and they are really nice people. Thank you, International Motors for providing such excellent service!

I'm sorry but I can't give any more stars than a one. I'm not one to even post these kind of negative reviews but in this case I feel that I must. After talking to international motors about my 2005 Range Rover they assured me that if I fill out the information on their website and bring the them my truck that they could fix it for me because they specialize in these kind of vehicles. So I did everything paid for the tow truck and it was just a waste of money because the guy didn't even want to scan it for me. He lied and said he tried to communicate with the vehicle with his Range Rover scanner and it wasn't communicating back but my cheaper scanner at my shop communicates with my vehicle just fine. Also while I was talking to him he pointed out to a Rolls-Royce in the shop. As if he was telling me that my junk is not worth his time. What does it matter what the problem is or what kind of car it is just fix it and you'll get paid anyways. It was just a slap in the face a waste of time a waste of money on the tow truck and a waste of money to tow it back. And not only that But there are 30 or so scratches on the passenger side doors because they parked it next to a bunch of bushes. I'm sorry to say but this place sucks. And I'm possibly seeking court to get reimbursed for the waste of time money and for the paint job that the Range Rover now needs. I just noticed that it says add photos or videos. Don't have one at the moment but I will come back tomorrow to edit to show the scratches.

Honest and trustworthy service in my opinion. If any follow up is needed I trust I will feel the same way. They took care of the repairs in a timely fashion and saved me some additional day expenses on a rental car. Of all car repairs are expensive, wish it had been cheaper, but I felt they were upfront about the cost of the repairs.

Not an in and out service. If you don’t have a second car to drive while work is performed this is not the place for you. Even the process to register the car is done online then you have to wait until they can fit you in and then your car is set for an appointment no telling how many days when that work will be completed. So disappointed had high hopes for this place to service my 2011 C350 Mercedes-Benz. Probably great for the wealthy people who have 2 and 3 extra cars to rely on not the mother or father who needs their car to go to work to make money to pay a mechanic for repairs.

On the advice of a friend, I used the International Motors car repair shop because I needed to fix the alternator on my old BMW. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bad place for repairs. It turned out to be nothing more than a scam. I had to pay about $1,600 to replace the alternator and belt. Moreover, the installed alternator was not original, but the cheapest alternative. At the same time, the manager with a confident face said that this was a fair price for repairs. Later I learned about normal car repair shops that do not ask you for overprice and do not deceive you. Be careful and think three times before using the services of this car repair shop.
