I called up the Brooklyn store which I live very close to 4 apart .didn't even give me a chance to tell him what year he switched me over to queens . They must have been busy Because I called back 2 times and they picked up and hung up. I'm a personal friend with the Store owner lou.

I came into this store to order a pair of struts. I was told it would take 1.5hr for them to be delivered to me at my auto mechanic's shop. It's now 3hrs and counting with no delivery made. They do not value the customer's time whatsoever. I'll never come back to this place again and I will never recommend anyone to go there for service unless you have a lifetime to wait. UPDATE: The delivery driver went to the store instead of coming directly to my auto mechanic's shop and now they're saying to wait even more time.

Staff usually professional and helpful, parts , pricing and availability have been ok. I haven't had any issues to gauge how they would handle complaints or problems etc. In order to rate customer service in that regard. You are able to turn in some old parts for a discount towards new, ask about that or they may not tell you if you don't inquire.

They have anything you might need, but you have to wait until someone finally gets off the phone (10 minutes) for service. I wanted to pay with my credit card, but they refused taking a credit card unless the item was over a certain price. TOTALLY ILLEGAL!! I told them that practice is illegal and they didn't care. Every place must take a credit card even for a cup of coffee. It's the law and they should be fined for their ILLEGAL POLICIES.
