Kriss employee that painted a small portion of my car over, didn’t protect around the part that wasn’t suppose to be painted. & his employee gave me attitude after I confronted him about him removing paint off where he wasn’t suppose to paint. I swear if he didn’t want to do the job properly, Say that. I’m all for quality over quantity work! I deserve a refund or half of my $ back!

All the 5 star reviews here ain’t true, some of them are biased I believe. I came here after been through all the reviews (unrealistic!) and now I’m regretting. Mukesh, probably the owner & main mechanic here didn’t keep his commitment several times. He was too busy to do the job on my car for several days and kept the car on street. I got a parking ticket and he didn’t let me know. Moreover he charged me extra for just resetting the software along with replacing of balancing pin on shocks. I won’t recommend this place.

All of these 5 star reviews are utter b.s. Dropped my vehicle off for a quote. The mechanic took it upon himself to not only diagnose the problem but repair it without consulting me and agreeing on a price. Aside from being too busy to contact me and notify me that my vehicle was repaired for over 3 days, he became very rude and unprofessional when I questioned him as to why he feels its ok to continue to do business the way he does. When confronted, he became very dismissive and he told his other mechanic to remove whatever parts they claimed they installed in my vehicle. I'm sure if I came there with men, he would have never disrespected me the way he did. Mind you, this is not the first time Marcus has done this. I will never recommend this shop. Went to another mechanic to ensure that work was actually done on my vehicle and was assured that the very small job they did was not worth the $300 I paid. I am also reporting them to the BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

The quality of service fallen down below average. I used to come here more than a decade. Unfortunately Mukesh (main mechanic) is no more professional as before. He comes always late, very poor sense of time management. Last 4 times I had my auto service done within pandemic period and he consecutively failed to keep his commitment and repeated it. Also they have been using low grade equipments nowadays. I’ll not recommend this shop.

Kris did an amazing job for a reasonable price. I truly had a pleasant experience dealing with Kris and I will be coming here for all my car troubles.

Number Mechanic shop in Brooklyn they are very honest, respectful, and knowledgeable, I can go on and on about this shop. They treat you like family. Don't take my words for it, check them out.
