I strongly recommend avoiding this location if possible. The customer service is poor, and the staff seem unprepared to assist customers effectively. I waited for 20 minutes before anyone helped me, only to be told that I couldn’t use my store credit at this location and had to go elsewhere. When I asked for an explanation, one of the employees, who had been sitting at a computer doing nothing despite a growing line of customers, was dismissive and rude. Instead of offering a clear reason why my store credit wasn’t valid, he got defensive and acted as if I was telling him how to do his job, when all I wanted was clarification as a paying customer.

I spoke to the parts department at the flatlands ave store this morning. I had them put aside 3 sets of bulbs for my car. When I arrived at the store later on the items were waiting for me . The cashier offered me a club discount card. I have been at Arch auto before, always a great experience...

I called the store to ask about parts availability & cost. Although it was close to closing time, the associate that I spoke to was very helpful & did not try to rush me just so he could go home. For just this one reason.....I would reccomend Arch Auto to everyone.

I went to this auto shop today after having a bad experience at autozone. My experience was very very pleasant and the cashiers are very helpful I explained to him I didn’t know about cars and told him what I needed done and he helped me so professionally I did not get his name but job well done. I will be back when needed
