I had a very disappointing experience here. I dropped my car off a couple of days ago for a morning appointment, as scheduled. I was assured the work would be completed the same day. However, when I called in the afternoon to check the status, I was told the car hadn’t even been taken into the shop, and there was uncertainty about whether it would be ready that day. This caused unnecessary stress, compounded by being put on hold for 10 minutes twice. After I reminded them that I had arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and was promised same-day service, they discussed the situation internally and later informed me that the car was ready. Unfortunately, they refused to provide promised shuttle service because it was 30 minutes before closing, although it was not my fault that they took so long to service my car and even though my workplace was just 10 minutes away. Additionally, I found the staff to be unfriendly throughout the process. They repeatedly misspelled my name despite asking me to spell it out, entered incorrect details into their system (including my address), and disregarded information I had clearly provided during the booking. To make matters worse, they never followed up as promised. I hope the team recognizes that a recall should be treated with the same priority as any other service request. They treat car repair like the cars salesmen up front. They did not fix my car. They explained how trading it in for a new car would be a better investment… didn’t even fill my windshield wiper fluid🤔 but their waiting room is fabulous 😅

What a complete waste of time. I had a morning appointment for a recall. Hours later, it turns out they have a backlog of cars. Customer service is non-existent. The service advisor Scotto was less than friendly. In fact, she wasn't friendly to other employees. No courtesy shuttle. No loaner car . Not much of anything here. Except for free coffee, thanks for that much. This may be my last honda vehicle.

I have taken my Honda to Nardy on more than a few occasions because it's close to where I live. But no more. Customer service is horrid. Try calling their Service Department. You'll have better luck getting through to someone at the DMV. They recently did a service tune up, and my car is worse than before. I want to go to Nardy for convience sake, so take this review as a request that you do a diagnosis on your Service Department, and fix it!
