This place is fantastic. I had a repair done more than two years ago that cost me quite a bit at Firestone. Yesterday, I brought my car here for virtually the same problem a few years later and they ultimately charged me less than half that. And they didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs. They also treated me the way I think we'd all like to be treated in a bit of an emergency... Very accommodating. It's a safe bet that these guys are where I'm going in the future for anything I might need. Thank you, Aarrow!

You know what feeling I get when I visit? It feels like this place is a local landmark. A place of calm in turbulent times, where people just fix cars. What you get at the chain repair shop: ipad, sharp eyed, automated, upsell, paperwork pusher, sorry, need to replace your entire XXXX system, no, can't just fix the one part, for your benefit, of course, only the highest standard of care, of course, but also please extra fee for a warranty, of course, tiered, so they know exactly how much disdain is appropriate for you, specifically. Meanwhile today at Aarrow: a gruff man telling you that they replaced the thing and you don't need to pay because it's under warranty (turns out they did some work on it last year). Bottom line: if you don't try these guys you are missing out!

I had a terrible experience at this auto repair shop. I paid $70 just to have them take a quick look at my car's horn that wasn't working. It took them only about 10 minutes, and I could have easily done it myself. I thought it would be faster and less messy to have a professional do it. They also didn’t mention over the phone that it would cost $70. When I got there, the administrator was rude and told me I had to pay in cash; they don’t accept cards. I was really frustrated with the service and will definitely not be coming back. I’ll make sure to warn my friends and family about this place!

Absolutely the worst experience at this auto repair shop. I paid $70 for them to check my car's horn, which only took about 10 minutes. I could have done it myself, but I thought it would be more convenient to have it done at a shop. They didn’t tell me over the phone that the charge would be $70. When I arrived, the staff was rude, and I was told to pay in cash only—no cards accepted. I’m really unhappy with how I was treated and the service I received. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place.
