I been a loyal customer for three years. I went for my vette's smog check. A guy that I never seen there before pull out a "cell phone" and starting checking my information. When I asked what was he doing with my information on cell phone (in the past shop's computer was used) in a rude and condescending tone he said that "he was the owner and he was checking my vehicle info, why I was questioning him, and if I didn't like the way he did things to take vehicle elsewhere" (I believe he is middle eastern). As a woman I expect respect and as a customer I have the right to ask/know what they are doing with my personal information. I STRONGLY advise not to do business with this shop. Women deserve better than being treated as a second class citizen. My son referred me to California Smog Check & Registration Service on N. Rose St. They are fast, nice, and respectful! What a difference on customer service!!! I'm referring them to all my friends, family and the Corvette Club!

Went there for a smog test. Was told by the owner that the DMV took away his state rating. Dk why. Said he should have it back in a couple of months. He could not do the test. Had to go to one on Quince. Paid 50 bucks but my car passed

The gentleman was very nice and ensuring from when I arrived til I left he explained everything carefully and charged me what he actually said. I've been there twice and will keep coming as long as he's there. Treated my car very respectfully and was there about 15 mins.

Have brought my vehicles here before and no issues but this time around its a new guy there and i didnt believe some of bad reviews since we've been here before but this new guy was indeed rude and not wanting to help at all to pass smog. After he did everything he asked me to sign a paper. I figured we were done and we just had to pay. Soon after signing the paper he tells me it didnt pass that will be 41 and some change and like 9 more dollars when i decide to take it again if its before 15 days. After paid I asked why it didnt pass and kept telling me to take it to a mechanic and raising his voice saying if i dont understand what hes saying. After asking questions he got annoyed and walked off. The guy was rude and impatient with questions. A woman worker arrived few minutes after she was nice and helpful. Wont be coming back just because of rude guy.
