I purchased a battery in October 23 2024 at the O'Reilly's store 820 mission Escondido CA. The battery was obviously a return it was sold to my wife. I tried to change it at the New store on Broadway also in Escondido CA and a assistant of manager Name " Cody " helped me, right away I Knew he wasn't going to help me because my Hispanic appearance he told me to leave the battery and I did, when I came back to pick it up he said the battery was perfect knowing that it wasn't sure thing it only last about 10 minutes and it died.. O'Reilly's should see who they hire for those positions Racist in 2025 does not fly bad service. I advise my Hispanic community not to purchase in that prejudice store until they change those individual that affect the O'Reilly's business..

Awesome customer service. Very insightful and helpful. And they have everything you'll need to do anything to your car. Whether it's fixing it up or upgrading performance O'Reilly's has the parts and tools you can rent out and use to make sure the job is done right the first time. If your check engine light is on they have the scanner tool to tell you what's wrong. They will test and charge your battery and they even recycle old oil. For all your car needs this is the place to go.

Bought qty 2 27 group batteries yesterday (3/22/25) and the they were completely empty of water. Why would you sell batteries with zero water in them? When I have to pay $140 each for these with no core, I would expect the batteries to have some water in it. If I didn't check thus I could have blown the battery. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend buying any batteries from this location. I understand that this is a new location and all, though these batteries need to be tested and looked at before they are sold to the public, or someone might get hurt, if they do not know what they are doing.

Special ordered some gaskets, I was told they would be in the next Friday. I received no call letting me know the parts arrived. I went in on Sunday and they informed me the parts were returned.
