Very quick & knowledgeable & friendly. No pressure however, very honest. Thank you Zach, Isaac & Adam. Friendly & honest. Two of my tires were replaced & balanced all 4. They suggested middle of the road not the cheap ones not the most expensive ones. I can tell a big difference as I drive. Definitely my go to place for my tire needs. Will be back shortly to buy the other 2 when its time. Appreciate that on a monthly basis they will check the air & keep me updated. Thanks guys!!

I went here for a flat tire and spoke to someone who took a look at it. When we came inside to discuss my options, he was extremely disrespectful and condescending as I asked questions about different tires. His attitude became so unbelievable that I decided to go somewhere else because I didn’t feel comfortable buying tires from him. I’ve genuinely never had such a bad customer service experience. While waiting in line, I also noticed another worker helping a customer, and he had a similarly disrespectful attitude. That customer ended up walking out as well.

Walked in (no appointment) and was promptly greeted by Joel. Purchased 4 new tires and was back on the road in under an hour. Taking into consideration my experience a few days earlier at Firestone on El Norte Pkway, I was truly impressed on the fast, friendly and efficiency at Discount Tire, a complete opposite compared to Firestone. I highly recommend Discount Tires and will not hesitate to use their services again. Much thanks!

If you make an appointment everything is super fast! Seriously they got me all set within like 30 mins or something . Nice friendly people too.

It had been a while since I visited this tire shop, but unfortunately, I got a nail in the tire of my new car. The nail wasn’t on the tread—it was on the sidewall—so it couldn’t be repaired. I called the dealer, only to find out my tires weren’t under warranty. Either way, I was going to have to spend money on a new tire. I wanted to replace it with the exact same tire, and the rep at the shop confirmed they had it—though not in-store. They said they could order it and have it in by the next day before noon, which was perfect because I needed to get off my donut spare and had a long trip planned. I had already checked other shops, and while this place was slightly more expensive, I was okay with paying a little more for the convenience and quicker turnaround. However, the next day I hadn’t heard anything, so I called to confirm the tire had arrived. The first person I spoke to wasn’t sure and asked me to call back in an hour because it looked like the tire was still en route. When I called again an hour later, I was told there was a delay and it wouldn’t be in until the following day. I was completely frustrated. I had made a decision based on their promise, and now I was stuck with a donut tire and no reliable option. The staff didn’t seem to understand the urgency or inconvenience, and their casual attitude made it even more disappointing. I ended up paying more for a worse experience. Unfortunately, my whole weekend got ruined. Now I have to rent a vehicle and I'm out another $200.

Amazing employees and service. I called around 4:30 pm and told them i had a nail in my tire, I was told to come in. The Tech and I came out to inspect my tire. He also found a puncture and a slice across the tread just up from the nail. He said that was very dangerous. It was a good thing I found the nail. I replaced all my tires, which I was going to do in the next few weeks. Thank you!!!!!
