A Arrow Alignment

Ive had my 1994 F150 serviced here for the past 4 years. I've had a redhead steering box installed, axle pivot bushings, balljoints and numerous alignments. The folks here are transparent and honest, the level of integrity is very high. They are knowledgeable in many suspension systems, even the older stuff like the twin traction beam on my truck-being able to align this correctly is quite a lost art and takes special attention to get right. The drive on alignment system they have is as good as its gets. Many places don't give out a paper of the before and after readings of your alignment specs, BEWARE! These places take maybe 30 minutes and send you on your way. They simply do not care and you pay for it $$$$ in the end. I grew up in a small town with a racing heritage and a dirt track for sprinters and late models so its nice to see these folks support the culture. I've had great experiences when the tech Buddy is involved with my vehicle, even after a technician (who has since been fired) messed up on my truck requiring me to return multiple times) Buddy was transparent and honed up to the mistake, where other shops would have defended themselves, A arrow was transparent, honest and importantly worked to make it right. The crew here takes pride in their work. Investing/retaining quality mechanics pays dividends and it sure shows. Thanks again for quality workmanship!

A little hard to find as it’s tucked away from roadway. However, great place to get alignment corrected. Was recommended by another shop and upon arrival, immediately greeted with a welcoming smile. Vehicle was serviced by TJ. He did an amazing job keeping me informed and when done, it was perfect. Didn’t take long to complete servIce either.

Excellent work by the technician (shoutout to TJ) who really got my alignment to spec. I was mischarged due to a communication error but the service manager Sean reached out to me to make things right. These guys deserve your repeat business! 5 stars

I came here to get an alignment, during the alignment process they discovered that I needed two steering parts replaced. So they didn’t perform the alignment and they ordered the parts to be replaced. I came back the following week,with an appointment for 10am. They told it would be three hours, which seemed reasonable. Here’s where their customer service fell apart. After almost 5 hours they replaced the two small parts and my vehicle had yet to be aligned. I am watching other customers come and go while I wait. I can’t leave and come back because without the alignment I could damage my tires. So I’m stuck here until who knows when. It’s appearing to me that they over book due to some people not showing up If you really have to come to this business for any work, I would suggest you accept the fact that you will need to drop it off and leave it all day. Another mechanic referred them to me, I am definitely disappointed on how my vehicle and my time has been treated. Four small parts and alignment for $1000. It appears their workmanship is good, but real customer service is lacking, good luck with your visit. Roy Las Vegas.

Honest and Professional. Had to take my lowered Charger in for an alignment. No other Corporate shop would touch it. They all recommended Arrow Alignment. Glad I took it here and they will have a repeat customer.

This place is awesome. They know their stuff and will square you away faster than any dealership will. I bought a brand new 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 from Jerry Seiner GMC and the alignment was off. Brought it back, waited 5 hours and got it back sill messed up. Brought it to Arrow and they have me fixed up in an hour and lo and behold, Jerry Seiner never did an actual alignment. The guys are awesome. Would recommend 100%
