I was given information about my vehicle prior to going to Samurai motor. The repair shop I went to before, well from the information they gave me I should have just went and got a new car. However after meeting with a gentleman at Samurai Motors I'm back on the road again and I even had enough money to take my son to lunch on his birthday. Thank you for the comfort in knowing my vehicle is running strong. Samurai Motors you came through for me, I'm not only tell others about your services but I Rave about the comfort knowing you folks know what you're doing. It always feels good to find a top shelf repair shop. Five stars!

Took my imported car (toyota chaser) for an alignment, they were able to schedule me in quickly, they were able to quicky do my alignment and test drive it, they did exactly what I needed. Family owned and friendly. Would recommend for your modified cars or imported car.

Payed for a wheel alignment and a new air filter, my wheels were most definitely not aligned after the service and I had to bring my truck to another mechanic to fix the shitty job they did on my air filter. I’m upset with my experience here. Very nice people but damn it’s like I payed for nothing.

DISAPPOINTED: They did get my car in & out in under 24 hours which WAS great… but they left a huge hand grease/dirt mark on my light grey felt trim (see vid). Figured if that was the case, grease might be all over & yep(paper towels pictured are from the door handle and steering wheel). Car wreaks of grease even after wiping it down & I figured if they got that much grease elsewhere it must be the mat from greasy shoes ( sure enough I wiped the car mat and its filled with grease). COME ON NOW. I drive professionally and now need feel the need to shampoo my mat & do a deeper clean so my car doesn’t smell like a mechanics shop? I just hope the mechanical work was treated with more care and more respectfully than the interior of my car was. Aside from the aforementioned, could also have expected better communication & more friendly customer service, especially after $660+ job (and estimates for much more potential expensive jobs). This was my first time getting service done here… was referred and their rating is good, & again, they did get the job done fast, but I am really disappointed with actions that could have easily been avoided with gloves & a paper floor mat(or at least cleaning up after job completion)… such disregard could have equalled permanent marks on my interior(luckily I was able to clean it). Is their quality diminishing or was this an off day?…

They were so kind, I brought in my Toyota Tacoma 2011 and they did a inspection on it and were very quick to find the problem, I brought my vehicle to three different mechanics and they did not know what to do at all. Thank you so much I will only be taking my beautiful Japanese cars here. I also own a 1995 Camry that is an absolute gem, and I’ve very particular who works on my cars.

To keep it simple $1400 and the car still is leaking. They also fixed the door now you have to slam it to get it shut. Two trips and still can't get the car leak fixed. The good reviews here have to be all family and friends. Big mistake going there. I really think if you go you've been warned. There very nice they take your money with a smile but that's about all you get for your money.
