I am very happy with the shop’s service. From the day I dropped off my truck, the reception employees and Daniel were very helpful. I was provided with an accurate expectation and coordinated my rental with a nearby ERAC location. I received repair updates at least every other day and it was a completed earlier than anticipated. I dropped off my rental at the shop and picked up my truck, all within 10 minutes! They did such an excellent job, that no one can tell that it was previously damaged. Daniel explained the repair aftercare and I was on my way. Thanks for an awesome job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s very unfortunate to have to write a negative review, but my honest experience has been horrible and I wish I had chosen another company to work with. After 3 weeks my damages are still not repaired. I have been given the run around and received poor service from Angel Perez. I am still waiting for my tint to be fixed, which should have been completed the next day. But now I just get responses that the 3rd party company is to blame. Just like the glass company that’s shipped the glass arrived broke on two occasions. Asking for help has not gotten any results and I’ve now had to resort to this. More of my time and patience exhausted. I hope that corporate and other customers will be aware of this now.

Only 1 person there has been a delight to speak to. Always smiling, little conversation. Whoever the woman is that sits at the desk could use a course in customer service. I called about my vehicle on a Thursday morning, and with such short and unnecessary tone says "All calls about estimates are done on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Someone will call you" 🤨 What's that supposed to mean? Are you gonna help me out or what? Because you answered the phone lady. And then looks me up in the system, because I'm not hanging up, and tells me that I needed to call my insurance about my car. And that was a whole other issue I had to deal with. So now it's Saturday. I'm still in a rental and Gerber still has my car. As of now posting this, I do not recommend using this company, and I am not satisfied. Once everything gets sorted out on Monday, I may update my review.

Very nice and fast service! Got a scratch and dent on my Prius and it was repaired in 4 days! The area looks like new! And it matches. Angel and all crews in the shop are great!

Took my car here for body repair because my insurance said repairs are guaranteed. Yeah, guaranteed to take forever. Twice they sent me emails that it will be ready only to send another the day before to say actually its going to be 2 more weeks with no apologyfor their miscommunications. Also, the receptionist is rude. I can't comment on the quality of the repair because THEY STILL HAVE MY CAR **REPLY TO "OWNER" BELOW: Hey I would love to talk to the manager, but when you call the location, you are put on hold for 10 seconds and then hung up on - every time. The repair is on a 2022 Hyundai for my son. His first name is Joseph, last name starts with S. Also UPDATE, just found out GERBER did not order correct parts and now will be keeping the car FOR ANOTHER MONTH and taking zero responsiblity for their error. JUST KEEPS GETTNG WORSE

Great customer service, awesome work they fixed a few scratches that were not associated with the Accident. They were able to get my truck completed a week early.

this is my second time here, once again ANGEL is the guy !! he was able to help me out with a warranty check on their previous work. he’s professional, kind, & definitely goes above in his customer service.
