I paid Mario $2500 for work that wasn't completed and the work that was done, was obviously horrible. This shop had my Jeep for 6 months and it was in worse shape and more unsafe than when I had it towed there. I was told the Jeep was "ready for pick up" and made it one block down the road. Mario told me he would refund me $2000 back in November of last year, that he had to have their attorney draw up the paperwork. I've been ghosted. Missing oil dipstick tube, wiring all jacked up, heater hoses not installed, leaking rear axleshaft.... The list goes on and on.

Juan pretty much robbed me. I brought my car in to bleed the clutch, after me and my father in law spent days bleeding it. (The clutch was new so the clutch pedal was lower for the grabbing point. But i didnt know that.) He told me that the clutch was great and that it was already bled but proceeded to pump the clutch. He pretty much didnt do anything to it, i guess it was more for my peace of mind that i took it there. But the problem is he charged me the full fee for bleeding it. I think it would have been fair at least paying him half for that. But he had no patience for negotiations and was not very welcoming in the first place. Then, after he took my money, he felt bad and offered a discount for my next visit. Just another reminder why mechanics are dishonest people and you should not trust them.

Fair price, fast service! After few high quotes at other places ended up gettin getting parts myself and installing it here. Was quick and reasonably priced.

The mechanics at j&e Auto services or courteous friendly and professional. My car was done on time and the process from check-in to check out appeared seamless. I would recommend the mechanics of j&e Auto services to anyone who is looking to repair their car

They do thorough and solid work every time. Best repair shop I've been to in Vegas. Can't recommend them highly enough.

This place screwed me during the last couple of months handling the warranty on my engine. Lack of communication, total unprofessionalism through the process, and there’s very little now that I look back that I actually got for my money spent with this place. If I could go back, I’d definitely go elsewhere.
