However, like any business with a human element, customer experiences can sometimes vary. While Valero as a brand strives for "top-tier service" and offers "courteous and friendly personnel," individual interactions at specific locations might reflect a spectrum of experiences. Valero Customer Reviews

Very rude workers. Both men came at me and I’m a 5’2 female. One guy kept telling me my card didn’t work (I just used it at target before I went to get gas. Then the guy told me to do my own gas. But men cursed at me. I left and went to another gas station and guess what my card work. No one go to the one on rt 73 in voorhees. I won’t be going to that gas station again. I rather run out of gas before they get my money. I’ll be calling corporate when they open after Christmas when they open again.

Was good gas at a solid price. The 2 older gentlemen working the pumps were polite and were even feeding the birds so they wouldn't be near traffic.

The staff are fraud and I think they should be reported to authorities for all the scams they run. The Valero app never work at this station (even if it actually works) because the staff don’t want customers to use the mobile app to pay for gas due to some personal reasons/benefits. The gas price is most expensive in the area and the staff are pathetic who cannot even speak English properly. I will never ever visit any Valero station, let alone this one. I wish there was an easier way to report their fraud this station runs.

Attendant put the wrong gas in even after I said premium multiple times and would not admit it. Never go here, even for last resorts. They're not worth it
