Phillips 66 Customer Reviews

About a year ago I used my debit card to fuel up. 10 minutes later I get alerts from my bank that purchases were trying to be made in Idaho and Greece. Thankfully my bank stopped either of them from going through. Didn’t realize where my card got skimmed until the same thing happened to my daughter. Her bank alerted her to purchases trying to be made in Greece and Texas. That’s when we realized the common denominator was we both gassed up here and used our debit cards. There were skimmers on the gas pumps. Ever since then I have used cash to gas up my car unless I go to Wawa and use the app. I lost all trust in gas stations when using my card. Fast forward to today. I stop there to gas up and use cash. I told the attendant $30 regular cash and he repeated what I said and said 30 three- zero and I said yes. Well he put $35 in my vehicle and said I told him to fill it up and argued with me. Another attendant came over and did absolutely nothing. I asked for a manager and was told he wasn’t there.

They have propane, kerosene, gasoline, diesel, and anything else you'd expect to find as far as fuels at a gas station. They even have wood for a fire in the small stacks as well as salt for the snow and ice. On the inside they have a variety of beverages you can purchase, ice, candy, and they also carry some Necessities for the car as well as somethings you might need for the house...They are open 24 hrs, they sell NJ lotto tickets & scratch off, the staff is friendly and courteous.

The female cashier who has been working over the counter there at the Roadtrip convenience store of this location is extremely rude and doesn't give an impression of there being hope of any good customer service for customers who show their patronage. And, while nobody else was in the store to be attended to on my most recent visit I'd noticed that she was getting irritated by doing her job when I went there to buy scratch-offs and asked her to give me more lottery tickets to play. It was an unpleasant experience that made me feel insulted because what I heard her rant about me for being someone who gambles. At the end of the day I decided to get out of her hair and went somewhere else to lose my money where I felt welcomed. Also, cashing winning tickets are sometimes a problem here. However, fueling up and getting propane has so far never been an issue for me.

It's my favorite spot to get gas. I grew up around here. I still don't live that far from it. I always get gas here bc they don't stiff you like other gas stations do. I always get the same amount of miles on filing up. I recommend going if you can.

The attendant ignored my need to log information on a company truck. Lied to me when I asked him a direct question. And did not close my fuel door correctly. Then he said nothing when I thanked him for handing me my receipt. RUDE! INCOMPETENT! I don't care about price when it comes to service attendants acting like I'm there for them and not the other way around.
