Rich's Car Wash - Wetumpka

So, this was the second time I "tried" this car wash. I went to it the first time with my work truck and 1 - it's an extremely fit for a full size truck and 2 - it really didn't do even an acceptable job at cleaning the truck. This truck, literally, just gets normal road use dirty, nothing beyond that. Was not pleased with the results. Normally I go to Joey's in Prattville but didn't feel like going out there and stopped here with my personal truck. Annoyed before I even got to kiosk as they had one of their attendants at the kiosk hocking memberships. Now, the car in front of me decides to get a membership andninstead of doing like every other car wash does and sends them through and gets the membership on the backside, they commence to writing up a membership right at the kiosk.....as several vehicles go by is in the other lane. I back up, get in the other lane, and now this person is doing a membership and here comes attendant #2 to write up a membership AT THE KIOSK! At this point I could have been in, out, and on my way, but no I'm trying to back out of a car wash lane that has no turnout. Will not be back! Figure your system out!

I decided to try out the new car wash. The car wash seemed really nice! My car was washed nicely, vacuum and self-cleaning was great. My only complaint is that I felt like the service was kinda meh. I believe I'll still come back

Really need to wash car down with a brush before going through it. I bought the $15 wash and the guy only sprayed my windshield. Nothing else. When I got through my back window was filthy and the back of my suv was filthy. Bugs still on my windshield, front of car, side mirrors and grill. To much money and not come out half clean. Do better.

For the most part, this is a FANTASTIC car wash. The only thing I can say is that YOU have to scrub your front bumper before going through the wash. For the amount paid, someone could scrub the front bumper.

This is my second time coming here since they opened. It was just ok the first time, but today it was horrible. I always prefer hand-wash, but due to time constraints I decided to come here. I paid $25 for the graphine glow. I was not impressed. My vehicle was still dirty once I went through the wash. I'm very disappointed and I will not be coming back.
