Rich's Car Wash - Perry Hill

This car wash used to be the shining example of what a carwash should be. Great customer services and a team that actually cares about the customers and doesn't just see them as another number to add to the bottom line. Since the new site manager Mike Blackwell has took over, everything is about numbers. The personalized experience that I used to get at this site is no longer there and the customer service at the pay station is abysmal. As soon as I pull up I am constantly bombarded with questions about buying a club membership and then I am looked at funny when I am told I don't want one. Employees then practically beg and plead with me to buy one and will not leave me alone about it. The equipment is outdated and the prices they offer are to high and are not justified for the quality wash I get when I go through the tunnel. Tire shine is hardly ever applied and when I mention this to the employees there is no offered solution. I am told that I can get a rewash "if I want to." There is never any apology for lackluster service and no attempts to make it right come from employees. Every time I ask for an air freshener I'm told that they are out and yet this has been going on for over 8 months. Vaccums are always clogged, trash litters the ground and it stinks because the trash cans are never emptied. Horrible site. Stay away.

want to give praise to the employees that were working last night (1/2/25) at 5pm. The 3 employees that i encountered were very kind and helpful. went above and beyond. the best service I have had at this location thus far...and I use them often. they certainly deserve a pat on the back. very pleased!!

In beginning though belonging to club was good deal, was wrong it's a terrible deal. Terrible in many ways: poor customer service, electronic eye doesn't response well to dirty vehicle - Duh why think came to a carwash dummies. Pull into vacuum out car, then learned those vacuums don't work; so your lazy employees will not put up sign, but expect everyone get back into their vehicle to wait for a space that does work for vacuuming; and don't apologize owner you're well aware you're an owner who doesn't give a hoot as long as can con more to buy your stupid membership. At least elsewhere they are appreciated of ones business but not Rich's, which I'd say public drive on by you'll be glad you did.

Did a great job cleaning the car we got the $15 Dollar wash I was shocked how clean and shiny it looked.. almost looked hand washed even the tires, it was visually pleasing as well not your average car wash it had color lights that lit up the car when the suds covered the windows..it definitely would be a fun experience for children as well..plus it was fast

Great vum , the car wash really is weak I paid $10 and my tires had no tire shine applied. I'm going to stay at my spot because to me you don't get it money Worth
