GooGoo Car Wash

Only one employee working and poor guy was running around like crazy trying to help everyone. I paid almost $30 for a car wash and ended up having to wash the car myself when I’m I got home. One side of the car was still dirty.

I've been a member since I moved to Montgomery, and I love it here. I feel safe and comfortable while washing my car. Eric and his team are Awesome and hard-workers.

I love this location! The staff are always so welcoming. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I don't like the fact that they automatically charge my card every month whether I use their services or not. This is not the locations fault but the company's fault as a whole. This needs to be fixed please. Otherwise the place is great!

Wash was good, but I opted in for a month of washes at a one time charge and got billed for the next month, so I had to contact my credit card company to have the charge removed, never used the place after the first month I paid for as I don't live in the same county. So I'm giving a 3 star because the wash was good but not getting charged twice for something I didn't agree to.

A few of the employees I have encountered lack enthusiasm in doing their job and they seem carelessly lazy just doing enough to get by. On the pre-wash, my car”s right side is rarely treated. There have been frequent times where my car was still dirty in some areas. I’m not convinced the bucket of water they are dipping the hand brush gets changed out frequently. I have also experienced times where the Carter Hill location closed earlier than normal business hours. My membership is convenient but the service is not so.
