Holley's Classic Car Wash

Update: To be fair and give them another try, I replied to their request to email them. And a days later, they've yet to reach out to me. I guess customer service is not their key priority! I believe in giving everyone a 2nd chance, but these guys aren't even trying. I know its long but please read. I usually pay up and typically get the higher priced wash, assuming "you get what ya pay for". My last 3 visits have not been so good. It never puts shine on my right side wheels and sometimes it's half on the left. In addition, it left a lot of soap on the vehicle this time. I spoke with one of the guys up front and ask him why it didn't cover my tires. He replied. "It's clogged up" you can run it thru again till ya get it. I said you yall are aware of this? His reply was "Oh yeah, happen all the time, I can't control it." I use this wash because it's convenient and I'm elderly with Arthritis and it's hard for me to do by hand. So I don't have time to keep repeating this. I was here when Holleys took this old wash and remodel it and I've been a customer every sense. Now it's running down again. And the vac hoses are half clogged most days. And because of the new Publix store, the state has really messed up the turn lanes on 231 so it's getting difficult to even get in there. Riches Car wash is opening soon half mile down the road and I fear it'll hurt hometown business like Holleys. But when you call and ask to speak to someone about these problem's and they can't return your call, then you call Google!

I recently had my car cleaned by Alex, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! I recently have traveled across the country moving with the Army, and 2 kids, so you can imagine how needed this was! Alex was incredibly thorough, and the attention to detail was unmatched. I took my tiny car to this car wash, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Alex, one of the employees, was fantastic and absolutely loved my tiny car. He paid extra attention to every detail, from the exterior shine to the interior clean, making sure even the hard-to-reach spots were spotless! The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly passionate about their work. My car looked brand new, and Alex’s enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone with a compact car or any size vehicle. I’ll definitely be back!

I recently moved to the area and frequented Holley Carwash. I joined membership in April 2024. I have never had any problems with the carwash until recently. November 2024 my card was charged twice. I made a couple trips to the facility to try and rectify the duplicate charge. I also called a few times and was told the manager would call me to discuss but no return calls. The staff showed no concern in trying to resolve this matter. It's sad and unfortunate this occurred as I liked the services provided and always try to support small-town businesses. My membership has been canceled and I will no longer support this carwash moving forward. Highly disappointed!

I took my mom's Lexus to Holley’s Car Wash recently, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! Let's be honest, the car was in pretty rough shape – a combination of dust, spills, and some unfortunate adventures had left it looking less than stellar. But the team at Holley’s, especially Alex, worked wonders! From the moment I pulled up, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Alex took the time to assess the car and explain their services, showing real enthusiasm for the job ahead. I could tell he genuinely wanted to make the Lexus shine! Boy, I was blown away! The interior was spotless and smelled amazing, and the exterior gleamed like it was brand new. Alex managed to remove stains I thought would be impossible to tackle, and you could see the pride he took in his work. He is by far the best car washer ever! The best part was seeing my mom’s reaction when she got back in. She couldn’t believe how great her car looked! Thank you, Holley’s Car Wash, and especially Alex, for turning a "shitty" Lexus into a car she can be proud of! I’ll definitely be returning – highly recommend!
