Marc-1 Car Wash

Used to stop at this facility frequently. Stopping in today to realize the prices had gone up, you now have to pay extra use the cleaning bottle, and my car was still dirty. These pictures are after the “wash”

Employees here are always really nice and helpful. They stay pretty busy so some days you just have to be a little patient with them. The car wash itself is "okay". I have the "unlimited wash package" because I'm an exterminator and my truck regularly goes down dirt roads all the time and I like my truck looking clean for each customer. It reflects on me and it's important to give a good impression when you're providing a service to someone. However I will say that one disadvantage to getting that fancy tire shine is that if you have it on your vehicle when you go down a dirt road, it collects extra dirt on the rubber and more times than not, I have to run it through the wash at least two times before it's all gone. And for some reason, you have to wait 5 to 10 minutes before you can go back through the car wash a second time which is frustrating when you have other appointments to make and you're just trying to get that dirt off I wish the wash cycle somehow cleaned the tires better, idk. But that's really the only issue I always seem to have. And like I said they're always so nice to me and I don't want to get anyone in trouble over something I guess they cant do anything about so I'll just have to get over that one part.

I pay for the top washing package, and everytime I go to the car wash, the back if my truck is always dirty. When I go to drive it off, it is like I never entered the car wash. I wonder what could be the problem. But the staff is always nice.

This has always been my favorite car wash but today I purchased an upgraded wash & my vehicle was still dirty afterward! I live on a dirt road but the attendant only did like 1 or 2 swipes across my back glass so there was still dirt all over the back of my car. They used to be so good about scrubbing the front & back of the vehicle! I'm generally not one to complain but I left feeling like I hadn't received the service I had purchased.

Great car wash! Machines work well, I don't feel rush by time constraints on the vaccums (having kids this is an absolute selling point in general) and you don't have to remember quarters. The mat machines work harder than my washing machine and way faster. I don't remember all the names of all the staff, but Robert was one that stuck out because he was extremely helpful and so kind, but also very knowledgeable on the equipment and happily willing to go above and beyond. They even had Air for your tires, rags and stuff to help clean the interior.. Speaking of clean, the place was super clean. The lot looks like it's maintained both well and frequently, even the trash cans surprisingly enough! I honestly have no complaints. Great experience, will be returning!
