LUV Car Wash

Seems like everytime I go it gets better. Vacuums, air wands, and towels all right there. Personally the best car wash I have ever taken a vehicle too. The membership is a great deal as well, I have never washed my vehicles as much as I do now.

I will never use their services again. 3 weeks ago the brushes tore off my windshield wiper, I immediately reported it to the service who started the claim status. for a period of 3 weeks no one contacted me. Yesterday I visited luv and received a letter about the negative consideration of the claim. I automatically closed 2 of my cars from the service. I am in contact with my lawyer and I think I will sort it out in a different way. I will invest in a trial but I will not let them go. I do not recommend, I do not recommend, I do not recommend!!!

Went there today, my initial experience was good. I do think it's odd that you can't use the touchscreen yourself, I probably would have spent more if I could have browsed around. Vacuums were decent, wipes were out but it's nice that they usually have them. That being said, I will not be back. I got this car less than a month ago and know the condition the paint was in. I left there with a ton of white scratches and nicks all over the front, sides and roof of my car. It looks like a fine brush was rubbed on it in spots. I am so upset about this. This is the reason for the 1 start. I would much rather hand-washmy car than risk it being worse next time.

The machines work every time. And they really want to impress, they wanna be the best they can be. You’ll see the effort. Many car washes have the vibe of “you coming here no matter what anyways” not Luv Car Wash KoP. Honestly I go here a minimum of 4x a week. Love the vibe and their support and even tho I moved from KoP, it’s still the only car wash I come to. I mean I’ll cancel my Netflix sub before I cancel my sub at Luv🤷🏾‍♂️😁. Just my experience

I came in on a Friday evening hoping for a quick car wash and to be in and out, that is not what I got. I was second in for the $17 wash (which btw what a jump from the $10 cheapest one just so I could get my wheels cleaned). As I drove into the wash suddenly the machine turned off, the employee walked to the front to check everything (I assume) then it turned back on and I heard honking, then the machine turned off again, by this time I’ve barely moved into washing mode. We sat for a good 10 mins until me and the person in front of me were told we had to reverse out of the wash (yes over the bumps our wheels are locked into), like wtf?! Then the employee didn’t mention anything about a refund until I asked and he said I have to come back tomorrow. I argued absolutely not and held my ground until he proceeded to tell me the manager is the only one that can do a refund and he’s occupied and I have to wait in the office. Well he was occupied because 3 cops were dealing with a car accident that happened in the wash. Like I totally get that but why is he the only person authorized to do a refund and what happened to all the other people that had to drive away? Did they just not get their money back? I waited for maybe 15 mins and during the time the employee offered to power wash my car (with no soap) to give me a car wash, I said no I want my money back. Eventually the manager came and they tried refunding me but they refunded someone else’s card and the guy was convinced it was my card until I showed him the last 4 digits on my card. Like wtf, what a disaster this place is and super unprofessional. I will never ever be back simply for the inconvenience they caused, possible damage to my wheels (luckily nothing), trying to challenge me to a refund, and overall they charge too much for what you get. Be cautious if you choose this place.
