This is the BEST car wash! The staff is amazing—huge shoutout to Rachel, Gio, and Sam! I also appreciate the other team members who have been so helpful. It's a fantastic deal for superior service. My car looks fantastic every time I wash it here; they even dry it and power wash the mats. The vacuums are conveniently placed on each side, so there's no risk of scratching your car. They also provide sprays and microfiber rags for cleaning. The facility is clean, the staff is nice, and the service is excellent. Your car will look sparkling when you're done! If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you!

Do NOT use this business. The car wash agent at Mr. Car Wash offered $10/month for unlimited car wash with EverWash. Only to up charge to $20 for a regular exterior wash. When I called to get a refund, I was told I will not get one and it's not their business. And that I should take it up with the car wash agent. The customer service representative was rude and totally unconcerned that I was misinformed. Yes, you should be responsible. Believe the bad reviews.Total scam. If it sounds too good to be true, it is!.

I live nearby and have stopped there on occasion for a car wash. I didn’t sign up for the monthly membership because I’ll wash my car myself or use other car wash facilities. It used to be $20/wash but now they are charging $30/wash and don’t even clean the inside. The wheels never come out clean and I always have to wipe them down myself. For $5 you can use the vacuum, air compressor, rags and cleaning supplies which is great (why they got 2 stars instead of 1). Either way $30/wash for just the outside is excessive, then $5 for the vacuum and another $5 tip….so $40 in total for just a car wash, then you have to clean the inside yourself. The guy that works there told me the owners think all the “rich people” in Gladwyn will pay it and that the $20 wash wasn’t an option anymore. I don’t mind paying a higher amount for a car wash, but not when it’s not full service. I usually go to the Water Works car wash at the Cadillac dealership 5 min away and pay $20 to have the outside and inside cleaned. This place is a rip off and inconsistent with pricing.

Nice crew that works there. My car was clean and they dried it as well. I made sure I had cash to tip the guys drying but they have a QR code to tip as well so now I know i can tip either way.
