Brought my car in on a Thursday to have my AC checked out and had it diagnosed and the part ordered. Initially he said he would get it in the next day but then he changed it to the following Monday, which was fine. But then he told me it would be done and he would give me a call in 2-3 hours. No call, or updates on the status of my vehicle, and after 3 unanswered phone calls later, it was already 6 hours later and the business had closed. I called the next day and he said they were working on it as we spoke and that it would just be another 2-3 hours, and apologized for the inconvenience. Again, I waited 5 hours with no calls to update me on the situation, so I went to the location itself and he told me it was because of a “lack of workers” as a few people had called off sick. He then assured me my car would be done the first thing the next morning. I called at 2pm asking for a status on my vehicle and the lady at the phone told me it was “on the list” to be worked on and that she “didn’t know what to tell me” when I told her it has been days and that I have been told it was supposed to be finished Monday. Got a call saying it was blowing cold and ready to be picked up the following morning and I just picked it up and it’s blowing warm after like 5 minutes of cold again. Also there is a rattle in my blower fans now. I dont understand how they could get any worse. Only thing good I could say is the man I spoke with consistently, Ryan, was a good dude and was kind every time I spoke with him but this is just unacceptable.

I have an older Toyota that I needed brakes done on. (They kept sticking.) I had a place in Newark that I had taken it to and they started sticking. I mean bad! They ground through the pads and rotors in no time. I recently moved to Zanesville and had someone else fix them, and the same thing happened again except this time the whole front end would shake so much that my hubcaps fell off. It was undrivable. I took it Y-City and had them work on it. I was skeptical at first because of the failure of the last two mechanics and I had a long trip coming up that I wanted to take it on. They fixed it in record time even though I didn't need it immediately. (It's a backup car). They also allowed me to leave it there until I had free time to pick it up. I recently got back from my trip and it ran better than it has seen I bought it. No problems with the brakes even though I was traveling through winding, hilly parts of Ohio. The brakes were diagnosed properly, after two other businesses failed (and mind you these were reputable businesses), and they were fixed correctly. As for pricing? I had the brakes fixed correctly, an oil change, and a small hole in the muffler fixed for about half of what the last business charged. After this exceptional service I'll be bringing my sports car into their shop. TL;DR: Great job for half the price expected.

Called Friday about needing service on my vehicle. I had it towed that same day and was told if they didn't get to it Friday it would be Monday. Monday came and went no word. I called Tuesday and was told we are dragging it in to start the work. Didn't hear back. Stopped by Wednesday doors were locked and vehicle was still sitting where tow truck driver left it. Tried calling a few times no answer called the detail shop the tried to find someone couldn't find anyone was told I'll have them call you back still nothing. I get these places are busy but don't tell someone something then not do what your telling them.

Very professional and accommodating. They are not looking to overcharge or do unnecessary work. They will use parts that you bring in without question where some shops will not. Highly recommend this shop if you live in the area.
