Went in with a Groupon. First time visit. Informed of some things that needed atrention. Cracked/frayed serpentine belt. Tires and 1 more non-critical but soon. Appreciate that they could fit me in that afternoon for the serpentine belt. Also an offer to find best deals on tires. Had the mechanics I've used for 20+years in my hometown take a look at the invoice and suggestions - their thumbs up means a lot. Great to find a local trustworthy option! Went in to get a oil change and tire rotation done. However the tire rotation didn't get done. When I take my car to a place to get tires rotated I always let a little bit of air out of a tire so I no it's been done. However when I picked up my car and drove just done the road so the tire pressure would show up on my dash, I was able to see that the same tire I let the air out of was still in the same position. Called in to ask if they check tire pressure when rotating tires and they said yes. I informed them that they didn't do it and was told to come back and they'd put air in them.. I mentioned that there was no way they rotated my tire cause the tire I let air out of was still in the same spot. The mechanic said he did but you could definitely tell he didn't. I wouldn't recommend going here for service.

EDIT: Jess is gone so I don't feel like they are honest any longer. Last time I was there, which was a long time ago now, I was told I needed a bunch of things I didn't.
