Been in here three times. First time for a coolant reservoir. Second time was to return that reservoir for the correct one. The third time for an oil pan plug with a seal (cheap plastic) and it fits and is currently working. But if it’s possible to pay $5 and some change for a plug and it just be made cheaper than the OMP. The plastic seal and the threading on this $5 bolt just feel so cheap I almost tossed it and continued to use the original that has some wear from being on the car that has over 200k miles and has had plenty of oil changes. At any rate I kept the original just in case this cheap one with that plastic doesn’t hold up.

If I could give a zero I would! Left us standing with no acknowledgement while manager and 3 employees just stood at register and we were holding an alternator for testing after several minutes went we took the alternator back to car and I went back in on my own and was then asked what I needed I said I need an alternator test and one employee says yeah I seen the guy standing there and he looked mad so I didn’t want to help him! Never in my life has I seen so much discrimination and disrespect! then they act like he didn’t just say that! Don’t do business with this store because of the fact they will ignore and then talk down to you if you are a woman. As if you don’t know how to work on cars! Disgusting, disturbing, and disgraceful behavior will make sure I never step foot in that store again!
