I have been a repeat customer over the last 18 years with the same vehicle. The large majority of repairs (probably around 80%+) at shops have been done here. Mostly including suspension, brakes, fluid changes, the usual. However, it appears their quality has taken a nosedive in recent years. $6,200 wasted. TL;DR: Cutting exhaust without permission, requiring replacement. Repaired exhaust had bad welds and collided with the bumper making awful noises and they dented the muffler. Techs did not reinstall several bolts, or tighten bolts to spec as transmission was loose. This threatens my safety as well as others on the road. Front desk representatives were either condescending or lacked attentiveness when pointing out issues with their own repairs. On September 18th 2024 I went in to see if they could diagnose and fix an oil leak. I suspected the rear main seal & upper oil pan gasket (see work order picture). Both of these have never been replaced in the vehicle's life span. This was a job they said they could do, and quoted me a few hundred dollars less than other shops. The total bill was $4550. When they started working on disassembling the vehicle to replace those seals I got a call saying that they had to cut the sections of the exhaust near the transmission to make room for the repair. This forced me to pay to replace this section of the exhaust. Later I received another call, saying that the upper oil pan gasket was fine and it was just the rear main seal that was leaking. So I agreed to have them just fix the rear main seal. When I received the vehicle, I noticed a noise and found that after the install of the 2 catalytic converter exhaust sections that the tailpipe was no longer properly aligned and was colliding with my metal bumper making a really annoying sound and the muffler was dented. (See pic) The welds were uneven, splotchy, amateur level welds. 3 Bolts were also missing from fender liners to secure the fuse box. It clearly shows they don't care about the quality of their work. Two months and ~340 miles later, I looked under the vehicle and discovered oil leaking from the same location as before the repair (See pic). I informed them again of the issue, had a technician come and verify it was leaking as I would be doing my yearly anti-rust undercoating (fluid film) which would hide the oil leak and told them I would be back to have it fixed at a later date. Fast forward to April 7th when I could finally get it looked at a second time. I was told that if it was not the rear main seal I would be on the hook for $1600 more and that they would fix exhaust alignment. After disassembly I was told that it was not the rear main seal and was indeed the upper oil pan gasket. They said that they were not equipped to repair the gasket even though the first time around they said they could. Given that both seals were the original to the 27 year old vehicle, I find it highly unlikely that the upper oil pan gasket failed roughly 340 miles after the repair to the rear main seal. I believe it is more likely that it was also leaking during the initial repair. When speaking on the phone with one of their representatives, they were condescending and insulted my intelligence. When I finally received the vehicle back, and paid the $1600, I discovered that in order to fix the exhaust alignment they once again cut the exhaust, then welded it back together with something that looks similar to JB weld (See Pic). I also discovered that they did not fully tighten the bolts that secure the transmission mount to the frame (see video) and could turn them with my hand. This is such a dangerous oversight that threatened not just my safety, but the safety of others on the road. In the end, after 18 years, I will never be returning to this shop again. I would not be able to trust them ever again with my most recent experiences. I care deeply about my vehicle and it is really sentimental to me. They very clearly did not treat me or my vehicle with the same level of care I expect.

It was initially scheduled for a later completion time, but due to some unexpected availability, they managed to fit me in well ahead of my original appointment. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. They explained the entire process to me, ensuring I understood what needed to be done and why. The oil change was completed swiftly. The brake pad replacement was equally impressive. The technicians worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. They even took the time to show me the worn-out pads and explain the importance of timely replacements for safety. What stood out the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. Completing the service ahead of schedule was a huge convenience for me, and I truly appreciated their flexibility and dedication. I highly recommend Woodhouse Quick Lane for their exceptional service, professionalism, and customer-centric approach. This place has always treated me right!!

I typically don't post reviews for horrible customer service, but I would like to prevent others that are less informed about their vehicles to utilize mindfulness of service work. I went in for a simple oil change on my '22 F150. I received a call about 20 minutes later from Daniel M in regards to the inspection. He indicated verbatim "the technician said you need a new air filter". I advised that I just replaced the air filter and the cabin filter a month or so ago. After advising that, he instantly stumbled and said I need to go check with the technician. Bottom line, educate yourself so you don't get had by someone trying to make a sales quota by selling you something you do not require or need for your vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle, I advised that he was less than honest with me and showed him a picture of the tape I had put on the air box. Daniel M instantly got defensive that I was calling him out for lying and said come here and look at my screen and the recommended service. I acknowledged him and thought to myself how many lie to their customers and sell them something they don't need. I hope this makes others aware of sales tactics. I hope Daniel M can offer others better service than he did me today!

My husband & I have used this location over the past few years. We took his truck in for service earlier this year and waited 2-3 hours to have an oil change performed. I just finished having my oil changed there & it took 3.5 hours. It took 2.5 hours for them to even bring it back to start working on it. I gave them another chance hoping for a different outcome and unfortunately it was the same. The employees are kind & give you a "heads up" about a longer wait, but for me, they were off by almost 2 hours from what they quoted. They need to rebrand because "quick" is absolutely NOT something you get here. I will not be returning.

I'm counting on these guys to keep my old Grand Marquis in good condition and running smoothly. So far, so good. They have a very competent team that love vehicles and take their jobs seriously. As long as they do right by my vehicle I'll continue to have my car serviced here.
